Successor star Matthew Macfadyen made a rare public appearance with his actress wife Keeley Hawes on The Chelsea Flower Show on Monday.
The actor, 48, who plays Tom Wambsgans in the popular black dramedy, was smartly dressed for the outing alongside his wife of 19 Keeley, 47.
He wore a tan corduroy blazer with complementary chinos as he rocked an entirely un-Tom-esque piece of designer stubble for the annual event.

On how Matthew first announced his love for his wife, she revealed, “Matthew just came right out with it and said ‘I love you’ in the rain one day. I thought, ‘Oh dear, here we go.’
While their off-screen appearances are sparse, the duo were co-stars again recently when they starred in Stonehouse, which airs in January 2023.
