Season four sequel has been confirmed to return this spring, with a new teaser released Monday promising more family drama within the Waystar Royco empire.
The teaser opens with a reliably tired-looking Brian Cox as Logan Roy brags that he’s “100 feet tall” and everyone else around him is just “pygmies.”
We see reason for Roy’s concern, though, as his kids seem to be turning against him again as they form a new “rebel alliance” after all the underhanded stuff that ended season three.

It seems Logan has no intention of going anywhere quietly, and his kids Kendall (Jeremy Strong), Siobhan (Sarah Snook), Roman (Kieran Culkin), and Connor (Alan Ruck) all gather in a bar to use their strengths. group together and discuss their next. step into the never-ending power games for the family.
Viewers last saw the Roy family in dire need when Logan took a gamble on his children’s future when he permanently changed his Waystar Royco company in the season three finale.
The media mogul struck a deal with tech billionaire Lukas Matsson (Alexander Skarsgard) after Waystar considered acquiring Matsson’s nascent tech company GoJo, though he was fishing for a merger of equals.
However, the deal has now jeopardized Logan’s children’s future at the company.

For season four, the Emmy-winning drama will move at least some of its dealmaking and family pursuit to the Scandinavian mountains of Norway, according to Variety.
The Norwegian setting will set the stage as the sale of media conglomerate Waystar Royco to tech mogul Lukas Matsson (Alexander Skarsgård) draws near and members of the Roy family travel to Matsson’s homeland.
An official synopsis for the upcoming series reads: “In its 10-episode fourth season, the sale of media conglomerate Waystar Royco to tech visionary Lukas Matsson is getting closer and closer.”

The show will once again be executive produced by series creator Jesse Armstrong, alongside Adam McKay, Frank Rich, Kevin Messick, Jane Tranter, Mark Mylod, Tony Roche, Scott Ferguson, Jon Brown, Lucy Prebble, Will Tracy and Will Ferrell.
Succession has earned an impressive 23 Emmy nominations for its first two seasons, with nine wins.
