In a recent video, she demonstrated her favorite technique for removing tight boots that typically stick to her toned calves
López filmed the tutorial while standing in her closet and modeling a pair of brown leather knee-high boots.
She admitted that she has a “love-hate relationship with tall boots” because she has “more muscular calves,” making them difficult to get on and off.
López said she is single and lives alone, so she has no one to help her if they get stuck.
Over the years, she’s come up with her own “little stylist hack” for removing boots that she uses on both herself and models on set.
López noted that if you just try to take off your boot “it’s probably not going anywhere.”
“You always want to pull from the heel,” she advised.
She added in the on-screen text that you should “never pull on the ball of the foot (or) the sole of the shoe.”
The stylist was in front of the camera for the demonstration, but she explained that “you can normally sit down for this.”

“Grab the heel of the boot and wiggle your foot — point and flex — and you should pop the heel out of there,” she explained
López continued to point and flex until she was able to pull the boot completely off her foot and calf
“Grab the heel of the boot and wiggle your foot – point and flex – and you should pop the heel out,” she said.
She continued pointing and bending until she was able to pull the boot completely off her foot and calf.
“It comes off so much easier than trying to pull the sole of the shoe off or fold the boot down or something,” she said.
She reiterated that if you “focus on the heel and just point and flex,” your foot will wobble right out of the boot.
“That might be the most random styling hack ever, but it works for me,” she concluded.
Fans thanked López for the tip, but others thought she was struggling for no reason.
‘I hear you. I have the same problem…15 inch calves. But I do like high boots,” one viewer commented.
“How about a bootstrap?” someone else suggested.
“Girl stop wrestling. Invest in a bootstrap! Hubby has one for his cowboy boots and I use it for my chunky boots too! Genius gadget,” another shared.
