Strictly’s Zara McDermott rows with Graziano Di Prima after revealing she’s suffering from extreme exhaustion: ‘I did double the workload to you!’
Zara McDermott feuded with Graziano Di Prima on Thursday as they put the finishing touches to their Charleston ahead of the weekend’s live show.
The Love Island star, 26, found herself in the dreaded dance-off for the second time last week and underwent grueling rehearsals to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
Still, the intense schedule took its toll, with Zara suffering from extreme exhaustion and sleeping on the floor.
After Graziano shared a video of Zara taking a nap, she quickly hit back by claiming she had been doing “double the workload” than her professional partner.
While the Italian dancer revealed ‘She asked me for a 5 minute break @zaramcdermott’, Zara reposted the clip adding: ‘I think I’ve already done about 50,000 steps today with this routine. Give me a break, please?”

She later shared a selfie of herself on the way to rehearsals with the caption: ‘Graz just had the nerve to call me and tell me his legs hurt after rehearsals yesterday when he spent 50% of the day sitting and me analyzing as I did the routine on my own.
“HOW DO YOU THINK I FEEL MATE @grazianodiprima.”
Graziano quickly defended himself and posted a video explaining, “I just want to respond to Zara’s story where he said I was sitting. I’m sitting, but still trying to correct her.’
Zara then interjected, “I doubled the workload for you yesterday and you have the nerve to say your legs hurt!”
As Graziano replied, “who corrected you?” Zara hit back with ‘who did the work?’ but relented when Graziano added, “who makes you perfect?”
Zara also shared a photo from the dance studio and wrote, “It’s our last day of training today for Halloween week!!
“I definitely woke up this morning feeling the nerves and pressure to make myself proud this weekend. I realized that was on ME and how much I believe in myself, and how much I put into that performance on Saturday night. I have control over that.
‘Somehow I managed to give myself a pep talk in the mirror and now all my nerves are gone! I’m just excited to go and have FUN!!!!!!
“Just shows the power of the mind and perspective.”

Earlier this week Zara appeared in It Takes Two discuss narrowly avoiding elimination a second time during the competition.
Zara explained: ‘Dancing doesn’t get any easier. My nerves got the better of me and I’m doing everything I can to work on them this week.
“This is scary and daunting no matter how much you rehearse.
‘I am so grateful for this man, he has been my rock. He always brings the energy and positivity.”
Sam Thompson admitted he ‘could have done more’ for girlfriend Zara after she narrowly avoided elimination for the second time.
After failing to impress with their Pasodoble in week three, the pair were back in the bottom two on Sunday night – but were rescued at the expense of comedian Eddie Kadi and professional partner Karen Hauer.
Meanwhile, Zara’s boyfriend Made In Chelsea star Sam, 31, admitted he partly blames himself for her appearance in the bottom two.
He revealed he had been distracted by another priority during the week but would come back ‘stronger’ to support her performance on Saturday.
In his radio program Hits in Great Britain with Sam, he shared with his listeners, “Zara was dancing again! It happens all too often and it’s very hard to accept as a boyfriend because she comes back completely deflated and has worked so hard.
‘I have to be honest with you, even though I could have done a little more! I got a little distracted by the rugby, by the World Cup and I didn’t go as big with my usual Instagram efforts, but I’m going to come back stronger this week!
“We’re not going down without a fight, baby!”
Sam wasn’t in the audience to support Zara on Saturday as she only gets two tickets and has her friends and family on a ‘rota system’.
