So it was no surprise that Strictly Come Dancing star Pete Wicks was in good spirits as he headed home on Tuesday after another day of training with his professional dance partner Jowita Przystal.
The former TOWIE star, 36, was spotted leaving rehearsals with fellow celebrity contestant Dr. Punam Krishan, when the complete list of songs and dances for week five was revealed.
Pete and Jowita earned a total of 29 out of 40 points after dancing a Quickstep to A Town Called Malice by The Jam this weekend.
This week the pair will take on Rumba to the Oasis hit Don’t Look Back In Anger in a bid to secure a spot in Halloween Week on October 26.

Dr. Punam also barely survived elimination on Saturday after she and dance partner Gorka Marquez finished at the bottom of the rankings last week.
The pair struggled to win over the judges with their Jive to 2 Be Loved (Am I Ready) by Lizzo, with the panel noticing several mistakes during the routine.
This week, however, the duo dances a Viennese waltz to Billy Joel’s She’s Always A Woman.
Sam Quek and Nikita Kuzmin dance a Quickstep to the Natasha Bedingfield hit Unscribed, while it’s back to Latin for Paul Merson and Karen Hauer, with a Samba to Car Wash by Rose Royce.
Wynne Evans and Katya are also set to dance a Quickstep to the Electric Light Orchestra’s hit Mr Blue Sky, after the pair insisted on an awkward ‘hand incident’ during Saturday’s live show, with Katya icily pushing her dance partner away. result of an inexplicable ‘in-joke’.

Katya and Wynne appeared on BBC’s It Takes Two on Monday, where the professional dancer hit out at critics for ‘attacking’ her celebrity partner and taking cozy snaps before the show.
A source has now confirmed that ‘Katya was not offended’ and that the ‘welfare and production teams have contacted’ both of them.
They told The mirror: ‘Wynne and Katya have confirmed that their interactions in the Clauditorium were lame jokes they planned together and have apologized to anyone who may have misinterpreted them.’
The source added, “They addressed them on Wynne’s Instagram, where their apology can be found.
Katya would like to further clarify that she was not offended by Wynne and that she did not feel uncomfortable in any way – she also clarified this on her Instagram.
The welfare and production teams have checked on the pair and no further action is planned.”
