Michael and fellow Polish dancer Jowita had until recently been sharing a house in Edgware, north London, but after their recent separation it is now believed that he moved to Wembley, north London on his own.
It is believed that the pair were still a part when they performed together on Strictly Come Dancing last year after their win on the second series of The Greatest Dancer.
They reportedly first met at a dance camp in 2013 and fell in love after performing together in the dance hall for a year.
