JB Gill has revealed that his grueling training regime on Strictly Come Dancing is helping his love life with wife Chloe.

The JLS singer, 37, has been tearing up the dancefloor with his professional dance partner Amy Dowden during this year’s series.

The hitmaker told how his partner, who he married in 2014 after six years of dating, loved the changes to his body that the show brought.

Speak with The sunhe said, “The six-pack is coming!” I’ve definitely lost a lot of weight and we haven’t even done half of the uptempo songs yet.

‘I think Chloe loves it too. The other day she said to me, “Can you talk to Costume and take your arms out because your arms look good!” I’m not used to these compliments flying around.

When asked if his new exercise regimen has made the bedroom a little more exciting, JB said, “You know, I’m for it. Now I have to listen to my wife and get the guns out. I have to keep her happy too.”

Despite his hard work, JB and Amy ended up in the bottom two alongside Paul Merson and Karen Hauer last weekend, but were saved by the judges in the dance-off.

The risk of being eliminated was “daunting” for JB, as he and Amy had achieved a respectable score of 30 on their routine that week.

When host Tess Daly asked about their time on the show, Paul said: ‘It was really good. For everyone I talk to, I would say you should go see this show. It’s amazing – everyone.

There’s a Tottenham fan there called Lincoln, and even he’s nice!

“It was great, honestly, great. I loved every minute, I had a great teacher.

“She was amazing, absolutely amazing and I couldn’t ask for a better coach. I enjoyed every minute.

‘I can dance now – I won because I can dance, I couldn’t dance before and I can half dance now. It’s a bonus, an absolute bonus.’

‘I’m so proud of you. Every week you showed up, you improved.

“You are what Strictly is about and I want to thank you for bringing so much joy and showing everyone that it’s possible with a little work and a lot of giggles.”
