Strictly’s Giovanni Pernice and Richie Anderson “haven’t clicked” since being paired up as tensions rise off-camera, sources say.
They were announced when the BBC is showing the second partnership between men and being one of two same-sex couples in this year’s series.
Source told The sun that professional dancer Giovanni becomes frustrated because Richie doesn’t listen to him during rehearsals.

An insider said: ‘The couple didn’t click. Richie gets so carried away with the whole experience that he speaks 100 words a minute, and it can be difficult for Giovanni.
“He’s been telling his friends that Richie talks instead of listening during training, and that’s frustrating.”
But the source added that it was early days and they are still getting used to each other: “Giovanni thinks Richie has real potential in the competition.”
For the first time in the show’s history, two same-sex couples will be performing in the same series, with Karen, who danced with Greg Wise last year, taking the floor with comedian Jayde.

The fifteen couples have worked hard in the training room, with their debut on-tube appearance at the first Strictly live show on Saturday, with the judges scoring every dance out of 40.
The couples will then make a second appearance the following week when the public vote begins, before a result on Sunday reveals which two couples received the fewest votes and will be competing in the dance off.
The judges will then decide which couple to save, and the other couple will be eliminated.
The series opener also featured two incredible performances from the Strictly pros, as well as the return of reigning champion Rose Ayling-Ellis, and a musical performance from John Legend performing his new single All She Wanna Do.
Rose joined Claudia and Giovanni on the couch prior to their comeback dance and shared how “lovely” it was to be back on the show, expressing her shock that it had been a year since she took part.
She added that the training for her return dance with Giovanni made her realize how much she “misses” the training with him, while the Italian hunk added that the few hours they danced together again were “magical”.

While viewers were undoubtedly sad not to see show favorites Aljaz Skorjanec and Oti Mabuse, who both retired from Strictly Come Dancing earlier this year.
This series has also seen the introduction of four new professionals, European Cup winner Vito Coppola, Chinese National Champion Carlos Gu, former British Under-21 National Champion Lauren Oakley and Latin Dance Champion Michelle Tsiakkas.
During the launch on Friday, the four pros were officially introduced to viewers through a pre-filmed cinematic dance routine.
