The former tennis star, 57, and Johannes, 36, will perform two dances: a salsa and a Viennese waltz.
The salsa is set to You'll Be Mine (Party Time) by Gloria Estefan and the waltz to Please Please Let Me Get What I Want by Amelia Warner.
Annabel wore a beautiful pink dress with a fur-lined cape, while Johannes wore a stylish blue tailcoat.
Johannes grabbed a can of Redbull and lit a cigarette to calm his nerves before the show.

The three other semi-finalist pairs are Bobby and Dianne, Ellie and Vito, and Layton and Nikita, and the musical guest for the semi-final is Take That.
Ellie, who shot to fame in Coronation Street, and Vito have a 1/5 chance of winning.
In the quarter-finals, the Musical Week, Annabel and Johannes achieved 33 points for their foxtrot on the Wicked song For Good.
The week before they received their first 10 of the series for their Paso doble to España cañí by Pascual Marquina Narro.
Annabel shared how much she loved 'trying something new' and performing the 'fiery and dramatic routine'.
Then it was down to the judges, with Craig scoring an eight, Motsi and Shirley both giving a nine, while Anton scored the couple their first ever ten.
