Strictly stars Tasha Ghouri and Amy Dowden share a behind the scenes look at tour life as they get glam and laugh through gruelling rehearsals
The Strictly Come Dancing live tour starts next week and the celebrities and professional dancers are spending hours in rehearsals.
As rehearsals began this week, Tasha Ghouri and Amy Dowden gave their fans a behind-the-scenes look at life on tour.
From their rehearsal space in London before traveling to Birmingham for the first show next week, the group have been busy trying on costumes and doing hours of grueling exercises.
Love Island star Tasha, who was a finalist in the 2024 series, described her make-up and costume transformation as she sat in the glamorous chair for an Insta photo.
She later shared a look at one of her stunning looks, wowed in a sparkling gold dress.

Pro dancer Amy Dowden matched her own gold number and beamed as she posed in full glam for a mirror selfie.
Last month it was revealed that Amy would be performing on the Strictly tour with JLS singer JB Gill, 38, who came second in the December final after Dianne Buswell and Chris McCausland won the glitterball trophy.
Amy was devastated after suffering a stress fracture in her tibia, causing her to miss the second half of the series and Lauren Oakley took her place alongside JB.
The Welsh star had first returned to Strictly last year after undergoing a mastectomy following her breast cancer diagnosis, making her injury and having to withdraw from the show all the more painful.
Other favorites from the 2024 series joining the tour include Wynne Evans, Jamie Bothwick, Montell Douglas, Sarah Hadland and Shayne Ward.
However, series winner Chris McCausland won’t be on the road as he focuses on his own comedy tour.
Chris sent fellow finalists Tasha Ghouri, JB and Sarah Hadland to the post in the ‘best ever’ final, with his cheeky humor and inspiring story helping save the show after a year of scandal.

The highest-scoring final ever saw all the couples perform three dances each for the judges before presenters Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman announced Chris as the winner of the coveted Glitterball trophy.
The Strictly tour hits Birmingham next week and will be judged by Strictly panel Shirley Ballas, Anton Du Beke, Revel Horwood and, for the first time, Motsi Mabuse.
It Takes Two presenter Janette Manrara presents the tour and says audiences across the country are in for a ‘real treat’.
