‘People who post spoilers from competitive TV shows #Strictly #StrictlyComeDancing are seriously the worst like why???’

Strictly’s Tasha Ghouri left her dad Tarek in tears as she topped the leaderboard and made history after scoring the highest ever score for a Viennese waltz in week two on Saturday.

The Love Island star, 26, performed with professional partner Aljaž Škorjanec, 34, in what the judges called the ‘dance of the night’.

Anton Du Beke said he ‘couldn’t find anything bad’ in the performance, while Motsi Mabuse agreed: ‘That was the best dance of the evening! I absolutely loved it!’.

Tasha’s father, who was in the audience, appeared visibly emotional while his daughter also struggled to hold back tears after the feedback.

As she prepared to hear their scores, host Claudia Winkleman said, “What made it more emotional was watching your dad, sobbing, watching you.”

Many were surprised at who the judges chose to save from the bottom two after the couples danced their routines for a second time.

“I told you he was going to cry,” Tasha laughed as the camera panned to Tarek, who wiped tears from his eyes.

“And it’s not a soft cry,” Claudia joked.

Following their enthusiastic comments, Craig scored them eight out of ten, followed by Motsi, Anton and Shirley who all gave a whopping nine.

Meanwhile Pro Nadiya Bychkova, 36, kicked off the show as she and Olympian Tom Dean, 24, strutted their stuff in sequins to a disco-inspired Cha Cha, only for her skintight sequined jumpsuit to rip between her legs.

After the performance they stood in front of the judges, where presenter Tess Daly, 55, pointed out the awkward blunder by saying: ‘Her costume! we had a costume defect, it tore her leg!’.

As Nadiya giggled, judge Shirley, 64, couldn’t resist praising Tom and telling how she ‘coped and carried on’ during the accident.

Elsewhere, Neil Jones, 42, took a ferocious attack on partner Toyah Wilcox, 66, after the pair found themselves bottom of the leaderboard last week with just 12 points.

After JB Fletcher scored a whopping 27 out of 40 during his performance, partner Amy Dowden revealed she stopped him making mistakes by charging him a pound each time.

Neil hit back and joked: ‘If we did the same with [last week’s] tango, I would be a millionaire now!’.

Later in the show, Chris McCausland left the audience and viewers in stitches when he took a swipe at Judge Craig.

The blind comedian, 47, has won over many viewers so far thanks to his wicked humor and hilarious one-liners – and Chris was at it again, taking aim at the no-nonsense judge.

During the show, the sharp-tongued judge leveled some pretty harsh criticism at the contestants, while delivering some pretty low scores.

And when host Claudia turned to Chris to talk about his upcoming foxtrot, the comedian took the opportunity to stand in solidarity with his fellow dancers and take a swipe at Craig’s slights.

In response to Claudia’s questions about his dancing, Chris replied, “First of all, seeing how things are going, I think Craig is blinder than me!”

His hilarious joke had his fellow dancers and Claudia roaring with laughter, while the tickled host took a moment to collect herself as she said: ‘Give me a minute.’

Chris’ joke also earned him a round of applause from the audience, as they approved of his hilarious joke at Craig’s expense.
