The quirky offering has 34 m² of internal space combined with a 20 m² terrace in a secure building at the main address of the locale.
The building, which sits in a block of 16 apartments, is pet-friendly and sales in the building have topped $1 million over the past eight years.

The new owner can literally cross the road to the most famous stretch of beach in the country.
O’Connell is known for his choreography work for the 1992 film Strictly Ballroom, which was directed by his longtime collaborator and friend Baz Luhrmann.
He also received the American Choreography Award for his work on Luhrmann’s film Moulin Rogue! with Nicole Kidman.
In an interview with The National Film and Television Achieve, O’Connell spoke of his first meeting with Luhrmann at Sydney’s King’s Cross.

O’Connell said he compared his first meeting with Luhrmann to a blind date.
Baz needed a choreographer for a low-budget music video he directed on a budget of just $2,000.
‘I remember going to see him at his home in Kings Cross. I thought he looked a little angry and he thought I was a little angry too,” said O’Connell.
“His flat had no furniture, so we just sat on the floor and talked about the music video as if the budget was $2 million instead of $2,000.”
