A licensed massage therapist has revealed how to relax your back and relieve back pain and soreness in seconds.

James Moore, from Kentucky, is a certified health and wellness coach who specializes in back pain.

He recently shared a simple stretch that will relax your body.

James recommends standing in a doorframe, crossing your arms and holding them at chin height, then making sure your toes touch the frame as you look down.

Then you need to hold the door frame and lean back gently, holding this position for ten seconds.

Stretching your back regularly helps reduce tension in the muscles that support your spine.

‘Hold for ten seconds and make sure your toes touch the door frame. To make more room in the door frame, you can go in at an angle and step back as far as you need,” he advised.
