A popular streamer claimed he was asked by the Secret Service to work with Vice President Kamala Harris.
Kai Cenat, 22, who has 12.2 million followers on Twitch, posted a video on Tuesday in which he bluntly rejected the offer, saying he “doesn’t give a damn” about politics.
Cenat also claimed he received a text message from a “girl” asking him to join Harris’ campaign in a possible bid to win votes from the younger generation.
This came after former President Donald Trump was a guest on Kick host Adin Ross’ show at Mar-a-Lago, where he was presented with a Rolex watch, Diet Coke and a wrapped Tesla Cybertruck while discussing his plans for the upcoming November election.

“It seems like Kamala’s campaign is really getting desperate… if she can get one of the top streamers to endorse her,” Cenat said in a video posted on his YouTube channel.
The streamer further explained that he is not considering a collaboration with Harris and that he does not want to get involved in politics.
“I get five calls from the f****** Secret Service! I don’t know a damn thing about politics… I don’t know anything,” he shouted, slamming his fist on the table during a recent stream.
Cenat’s platform grew in popularity shortly after he started his YouTube channel in 2018 and was recently crowned Streamer of the Year at The Streamers Awards 2023.
Others may know him for the charge that he incited a riot and an illegal gathering in Union Square in New York City on August 4, 2023.
Viewers weighed in on the potential collaboration, with one saying, “Kai will lose his black card if he streams with her,” while another said, “I wanted to give a rebuttal to the Adin Ross x Trump stream, of course.”
However, some people doubt whether Cenat even received the alleged Secret Service calls.
“I need receipts or I won’t believe it. Homie is saying a lot of things,” while another added, “Do you actually have proof it was her or are you just spouting bullshit and conspiracy theories?”

Cenat’s claims came after Trump appeared on Ross’ platform and explained that his son, Barron, influenced his decision to speak to the influencer.
“I think it’s great to have a young audience … it’s about the American dream,” Trump told Ross in the interview. “Right now, you don’t have the American dream.”
During the hour-and-a-half special, the two lamented the current state of the US under President Joe Biden and Harris, with the former president criticizing her performance.
“Everyone she looks at is way better than her,” Trump said of Harris’ options for running mate.
“I think they’re all better and smarter and would make a better president than she was.”

Trump attacked Harris’ early career, telling Ross, “She couldn’t pass her bar exam … she thought she could never pass it. And this is who we’re letting run our country, it’s a disgrace.”
Although Harris failed her initial bar exam, she later passed the test and was allowed to practice law in California, where she worked for six years as a prosecutor and later as a district attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The two presidential candidates have indicated that this year’s election could be a Gen Z affair and are therefore trying to appeal to the younger demographic.
“In this election, we know that young voters will be key, and we know that your vote cannot be taken for granted. It must be earned, and that is exactly what we will do,” Harris said in a statement campaign video on July 27th.
The move to influencers and streamers has become an important part of their campaigns.
Cenat, however, was ambivalent about Harris’ alleged request, stopping short of saying outright that he would not work with the vice president in the future.
“If somehow something were to happen in the direction that I am doing politics, I will be 100 percent honest,” he said in the video.
