Stranger Things star Matthew Modine has revealed he will officiate the wedding of his co-stars Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi.
Matthew, 65, who is Dr. Martin Brenner plays and serves as father figure to Millie’s character Eleven in the Netflix sci-fi series, excitedly narrated Daily access that he has already written the wedding vows.
“I have one of those licenses for getting people married, and Millie thought it would be great, and then Jake said it would be a great idea.”
During the interview, he also added that the couple loved what he wrote for them to join hands and become husband and wife.
The 65-year-old has officiated only one wedding ceremony before. However, he claimed that it was “so beautiful to be able to unite two people in holy matrimony.”

It comes after Millie, 20, revealed in April that she was engaged to her boyfriend Jake Bongiovi, 21, the son of legendary singer Jon Bon Jovi.
The Stranger Things actress announced the news with a sweet Instagram post alongside her boyfriend.
The star showed off her shiny stone in a monochrome image and beamed from ear to ear as she lay in the arms of her new fiancé.
She wrote in the caption, “I’ve loved you for three summers now, baby, I want them all.”
Jake also shared an announcement post on his page, simply writing “forever” next to two photos of the couple.
To celebrate the joyful news, the loved-up couple took part in a beach photoshoot – with Millie dressed in a crocheted dress while Jake donned a cream polo shirt.
Their famous friends rushed to the comments to congratulate the happy couple on the news.
Pixie Lott wrote: ‘Omg!!!! Congratulations you two, so happy for you eeeee’.

The announcement subsequently confirmed all the speculation circulating on social media that the pair were engaged, after she showed off a glimpse of the ring in a post days earlier.
Millie posed in a photo last year behind the wheel of a convertible, looking away from the camera and raising her hand in the air, revealing the prominent diamond ring on her finger.
She also sparked rumors in August of the year before when she was spotted wearing a gold diamond ring on her wedding finger during a PDA-filled outing.
In the announcement post, she shares that they spent “three summers” together, after the actress spilled the beans about how she and Jake met.
Millie explained that they connected over Instagram and became friends through the platform before the romance developed.
Answering the internet’s most searched questions about her, she said: ‘We met on Instagram. And we were friends for a while, and what can I say?’
She introduced Jake to her 62.7 million followers in June 2021 with an adorable photo of him on Instagram, but it wasn’t until she posted a photo of him planting a kiss on her cheek that they became “Instagram official.”
Millie called Jake her “partner for life” in a gushing post where she shared a series of photos of the couple in January 2023.
