Stone Temple Pilots guitarist Dean DeLeo arrested for DUI and booked for domestic violence following alleged altercation with wife Jenn DeLeo

Stone Temple Pilots guitarist Dean DeLeo has been arrested for driving under the influence and booked for misdemeanor domestic violence after an alleged altercation with his wife Jenn DeLeo.

Dean, 62, was arrested last month after allegedly leaving their home under the influence. Jenn called the police and claimed he was driving and drunk TMZ.

The call ultimately led to police tracking down Dean and arresting him for driving under the influence.

Jenn contacted authorities again about her husband while he was still in custody.

She called the police and claimed that an argument they had before he left the house turned physical.

Law enforcement took a domestic violence report from Jenn and eventually booked Dean for domestic violence.

He was also given an emergency order to stay away from his wife.

That order was reportedly soon violated by Dean – he allegedly broke the rules when he tried to contact his wife a week and a half later.

Dean turned himself in and was released.

However, amid the turmoil, his wife filed for divorce again.

Jenn filed for divorce from Dean in 2018, claiming, among other things, that he assaulted her, according to TMZ.

They repaired everything at the time.

He was also given an emergency order to stay away from his wife

Speaking about the latest allegations, Dean told TMZ, “I look forward to speaking up at the right time and place to address these allegations.”

Dean is a founding member of the rock group Stone Temple Pilots.

The band was founded in 1989 and originally consisted of band members Dean, his brother Robert DeLeo, Eric Kretz and Scott Weiland, who passed away in 2015.
