Stomach-churning horror ensued after ‘gang rapist’ playboy twins spotted schoolgirl in Aspen, lawsuit claims

Playboy twins Alon and Oren Alexander were stopped by a 17-year-old girl at an Aspen nightclub, who Alon later brutally raped, it is alleged.

Maylen Gehret claims she was raped by 37-year-old Alon in a Colorado hotel room while his real estate mogul twin brother Oren attacked her friend on another bed.

It comes as Alon was denied bond between 2010 and 2021 on federal rape charges against dozens of other women.

Oren will have to wait until next week for a decision in his case, while their co-accused older brother Tal Alexander, 38, has already been denied bail.

According to the lawsuit, Gehret met the twins at Bootsy Bellows nightclub in Aspen in 2017.

She claims Alon asked her age and told her he “likes high school girls” before handing her an alcoholic drink that she believes is spiked.

The then underage schoolgirl and two friends were invited back to the twins’ room at The Little Nell where all three were attacked, with Gehret raped so violently that she “hemorrhaged,” the documents say.

The now 25-year-old claims that after the alleged assault, Alon forced her to shower and unlock her phone so he could follow himself from her account on Instagram and even sent her a message saying, “Hey babe.”

Gehret is seeking an unspecified amount of damages, to be determined by a jury trial.

Her accusations are the latest made against the Alexanders, who are accused of drugging and raping dozens of women over a 10-year period.

The twins face additional sexual abuse charges stemming from alleged incidents in Miami.

Gehret’s claims are a chilling echo of the “playbook” described by prosecutors who charged the brothers with sex trafficking.

Gehret was wanted by Alon after he saw her at the nightclub, the lawsuit said.

His accuser claims she informed him of her age, but he gave her a drink anyway.

“Defendant Alon Alexander told Maylen that he loved that she was in high school and that he liked high school girls,” the documents state.

However, shortly after consuming the drink, “Maylen began to feel uncomfortable, as if she had been drugged,” according to the lawsuit.

Her lawyers describe how Alon allegedly pulled up her shirt to look at her abs and called his brother to come take a look too.

In a “woozy” and “groggy” state, she agreed to go back to the twins’ hotel room, with the understanding that they were having a party there, Gehret claims.

“When Maylen arrived at The Little Nell, upon seeing where the defendants were staying, her stomach dropped and a paralyzing fear developed,” the lawsuit reads.

‘Maylen had assumed that a residential unit at The Little Nell would consist of several rooms, but it turned out to be one room with two beds and no separate sitting area.’

Gehret claims Alon attacked her after one of her friends passed out on the bed next to her.

“Maylen felt extremely uncomfortable and did not want to be there, but she felt trapped and could not free herself due to the effect of the alcoholic and possibly spiked drinks and the aggressive behavior of the Defendants,” the lawsuit said.

She managed to flee into the bathroom but was chased by Alon who locked the door and raped her against a counter, the documents said.

He then ordered her to shower and hand over her phone, Gehret claims.

At the same time, Gehret claims that Oren undressed her boyfriend and tried to rape her, but she managed to fight him off.

Gehret claims that she then noticed that Alon was planning to go for her other friend.

“When Maylen realized that Defendant Alon Alexander intended to victimize Witness Two, she began gathering her belongings,” the lawsuit states.

“Meanwhile, Witness Two did not stand up and Defendant Alon Alexander pushed his hand down Witness Two’s pants. At that point, Maylen announced that she and Witness Two were leaving.”

All three brothers face federal sex trafficking charges, which carry a maximum sentence of life in prison. Oren and Alon also face sexual battery charges in Miami.

Oren faces three rape charges related to separate incidents in Miami, and his twin brother has been charged with one.

Oren and Tal own a high-end real estate brokerage, which they co-founded after their time at Douglas Elliman, which was featured on the TV show Million Dollar Listing.

When the rape allegations became public, all three brothers shunned the spotlight, shutting down their social media and attending less high-profile events for the six months before they faced the slew of charges.

The brothers all remain in custody after Alon’s bail application was rejected, despite his lawyer outlining several mitigation measures he was prepared to take to prevent his client from absconding.

However, U.S. Magistrate Judge Eduardo Sanchez opined that Alon remains a flight risk due to his family’s vast wealth.

Oren’s pre-trial hearing was postponed until January 7, meaning he will spend another weekend behind bars.
