Steve-O sells LA home with eye-popping views for whopping $2.1M – as he leaves Hollywood behind for ranch life in Tennessee
Jackass star Steve-O sold his Los Angeles home on Monday just a month after listing it.
The former MTV prankster, 49, offloaded the 2,398-square-foot property for $2,135,000, a whopping $335,000 above the $1.799 million asking price, his listing agent Cesar Melendrez said TMZ.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom mid-century property received an offer within just four days of being put on the market, despite rising mortgage rates, per Melendrez.
The sale follows Steve-O’s surprise announcement that he has left Hollywood to embrace a simpler lifestyle in Tennessee.

The MTV prankster, 49, offloaded the 2,398-square-foot property for $2,135,000, a whopping $335,000 above the $1.799 million asking price, his listing agent Cesar Melendrez said
“I have this ranch in Tennessee that I love so much. I just had to say Hollywood, it was cool, but I’m out,” he said in a YouTube video he posted on May 2.
Steve-O first announced his intention to sell the LA pad in a video tour on YouTube.
“I worked on this video for years and only stopped because I decided to sell the house,” he wrote.
It showed off its open floor plan on the first floor with a chef’s kitchen and living room.
He also showed off his former games room, which he said had been “masterfully reimagined” to be used as an extra storage space.
Deer print wallpaper covered the walls near the stairs leading to Steve-O’s bedroom with a comfortable bed and massage chair.
He even gave viewers a peak into a renovated production room with fun photos and unique curtains.
Steve-O closed out his tour by showing off his little skate ramp that he and his friends used in multiple YouTube videos he’s posted over the years.

With stunning views of the Hollywood Hills, the home is located near the iconic Hollywood sign and just minutes from the famous Sunset Strip
“It’s just about beyond recognition… everything is painted, they cleaned my goat shed, the slope is gone and it will be listed next week,” he confirmed.
However, the prankster decided to keep the deer print wallpaper near the stairwell.
Steve-O was sad about the move and told the cameraman it was “bittersweet” just before he left.
He and his fiancée, Lux Wright, had placed their belongings in moving trucks, and despite the partial struggle to get their goats together, the couple left California.
Steve-O’s new Nashville home has more space suitable for an outdoorsman and animal lover.
He had a big smile on his face almost the entire time he showed off his new Tennessee retreat.
‘Everything is an upgrade. Our goats have a brand new shed, a dope new pen, and we decided to let them out of the pen and just hang out on the property,” he said.
Other than their four goats, Steve-O and Lux own two pigs, two dogs and four cats.

Their zookeeper, Daniel, also moved with the couple, who, according to Steve-O, “gets things done quickly.”
“I love our life on the ranch so much that I never want to leave,” he added.
In a video posted in October 2023, a proud Steve-O showed off his 40-acre farm and declared, “I love it so much, I’ve become a complete country boy.”
The reality star revealed a new love for driving tractors, chopping wood and watching ‘Cave Man Television’ – a bonfire.
The star said, “We already have two pigs, Fonzarelli and Lulu and a ranch cat named Rocky who follows me around the One Mile Trail around the ranch.”
In 2022, he said: “Instead of having children, we just want to cast ourselves to help animals.”
He has hinted that one of the biggest reasons for the move is to stop paying California taxes.
“It has been an honor to watch Steve-O’s growth as a person, this move represents him starting a new life with his fiancée and his passion for creating an animal sanctuary,” Melendrez told TMZ

The entertainer and Lux decided to celebrate their move with an updated bedroom, which includes a new mattress and bed set.
However, he brought all the furniture and decor from the California bedroom to Tennessee and placed them in the couple’s guest room.
“The only thing about the Radical Ranch that hasn’t been upgraded is our video production space,” Steve-O said.
“Now we’re transferring all the footage to our top secret new location in California.”
