Stephen Webb leaves his date feeling ‘disrespected, cheap and humiliated’ after he branded him ‘boring’ for refusing to have sex on the first date on Celebs Go Dating
Stephen Webb made his date feel ‘disrespected’, ‘cheap and humiliated’ during Thursday’s episode of Celebs Go Dating.
The 53-year-old Gogglebox star left Dean Muir, 39, feeling underwhelmed after calling him “boring” to his face after confirming he wouldn’t have sex with anyone after the first date.
Stephen tried to steer the conversation towards more sexual jokes and asked the driving instructor about his preferences and whether he had ever had sex with his charges in the backseat of his car.
Dean then confirmed, “I don’t do anything on the first date,” while trying to change the subject.
When asked if he would get intimate on the second or third date, the TV personality declared, “I find that boring.”

The date only went from bad to worse, as Dean later told the star: ‘You just want to fuck, this is the vibe I get’
As Dean responded, “Then call me boring,” Stephen didn’t hold back when he replied, “Okay, you’re boring. I think you should s**t if you want to. Life is short.”

Stephen became defensive and hit back, “No, this isn’t the vibe at all. I mean, I could use one, but I’m actually kind of offended by it.”
And when the bill came, the two started arguing again. Stephen explained that he felt they should choose 50/50, because the date hadn’t gone so well.
Referring to the 10-plus year age difference, Dean replied: “My generation would split it anyway, because we’re in a cost of living crisis.”
Laughing, Stephen then paid the bill himself, explaining, “You know what I’m going to get, because you talked about the crisis.”
Dean told the cameras after the date, “Out of 10 I’d say this is a zero, I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully by anyone.”
Following the date, which aired on Thursday’s episode, Dean was reportedly one of two men who complained to the show about Stephen’s behavior.

Dean told The Sun: ‘He was talking about his hot cunt and asked me if I’d watched it on Gogglebox. He made me feel like a fling from a sex app. It made me feel cheap and degraded.’
He told The sun: ‘Stephen asked if I had sex with my charges in the car. It was completely inappropriate. He insinuated that my car was around the corner and we could have sex. He said he would sleep with me.

Dean claimed the TV star insisted they drink tequila and cocktails before being served wine at a London restaurant last June.
Dean said, “He asked me in a really creepy, horrible way, ‘Do you like tongue, Dean?’ I said, ‘I like kissing, if that’s what you mean.'”
MailOnline has contacted Channel 4 for comment.
Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Celebs Go Dating told MailOnline: ‘Any concerns about behaviour are investigated and dealt with in line with our robust protocols.
‘The well-being of everyone involved and working on our show always comes first.
‘Stephen’s behaviour during his date with Dean is dealt with firmly by the officers on Monday night’s show, with Dean also getting the chance to speak to Stephen directly.’
This comes after Stephen was branded ‘creepy’ and ‘inappropriate’ by Celebs Go Dating viewers for making rude comments about his date Ben, 22, during Tuesday’s episode.

The 53-year-old TV personality shocked fans when he was spotted picking 22-year-old footballer Ben for a date.
And when the couple sat down to get to know each other and have a drink, the conversation didn’t start off so well. Ben told them he wasn’t feeling well.
The tide didn’t turn when Stephen asked Ben what his favourite position was to play in football. The TV star replied: ‘Doggy?’
After an awkward silence, Stephen added, “You guys are a bit boring, aren’t you babes? I like it when it’s a bit quieter.”
The conversation seemed to improve when Ben talked about coming out at 18 and the challenges that brings in a football environment, but Stephen faked a yawn and then declared that Ben “needed to change his nappy” when he had to go to the toilet.
