Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss’s widow, Allison Holker, filed a marital property petition to gain control of half of the late artist’s estate after he died without a will at the age of 40 by suicide last December.

It was not immediately clear why Holker filed the legal documents.
Boss was found dead on December 13, 2022 from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head in a Los Angeles hotel room, which authorities ruled a suicide.
Workers at the hotel where he was found said he did not appear to be “visibly upset” when he checked in for a single night, carrying “a small bag” with him, according to the outlet.

The news about the legal moves comes after the Rwandan conservation campus for gorillas named after Ellen DeGeneres planted a tree in memory of Boss earlier this week.
