Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss’ Wife Allison Holker takes their children to Universal Studios Hollywood

Allison Holker, the widow of Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss, shared several photos taken during a trip to Universal Studios Hollywood on her Instagram account on Sunday.

In the snaps, the 35-year-old professional dancer appeared to be making the most of her time with her children Maddox and Zaia, aged seven and three, writing that “beautiful memories were created” in the caption of her post.

The media personality, who has amassed a fortune of her own of $2 million over the years, made the post a day after it was revealed she was given half of her late husband’s estate.

Holker and Boss first met while working on the seventh season of So You Think You Can Dance, which aired in 2010.

The couple dated for three years before deciding to tie the knot in 2013.

The dancers started a family with the birth of Maddox in 2016 and they welcomed Zaia in 2019.

Boss had also formally adopted Holker’s daughter Weslie, age 13, after his marriage.

However, the television personality tragically died by suicide last December, and it was later revealed that he had passed away without leaving a will.

Holker then filed a California Spousal Property Petition in February to take control of fifty percent of her late husband’s estate, which was worth $5 million.

California law allows a spouse to take control of half of their deceased partner’s money and property after filing a lawsuit.

According to Us weeklythe professional dancer cited that Boss “owned nothing of value” when they married in 2013.

She further claimed that all “existing assets were acquired during the marriage due to the work, skills and efforts of the parties.”

Holker’s late husband “had numerous projects and performed as a dancer, choreographer, actor and producer, resulting in rights to royalties” that she believed would benefit their children.

A judge eventually signed the petition and awarded the artist half of Boss’s estate.

An insider previously spoke to Us weekly and indicated that the dancer’s bereaved wife was particularly concerned about the well-being of their children.

“This has been a difficult process for Allison, but she is confident that it will work out in the end and that the children will be taken care of,” they said.

The source went on to explain how the late dancer considered his family to be his main concern.

“Anyone who knew Stephen would tell you that his wife and children were his number one priority,” they said.

The insider then stated that Boss “absolutely…would have wanted” Holker to take control of his estate.

The insider concluded by saying, “There is every confidence that the courts will agree to do the right thing and give her half of his estate.”

After his passing, numerous tributes to Boss were shared by various figures in the entertainment world.
