Stephen Curry, Anthony Davis and Jalen Brunson headline a star-studded group of NBA All-Star reserves as full rosters for the 2024 ASG are confirmed

The NBA has announced the full roster for this season’s All-Star game after releasing the players named to the 2024 reserves.

The starters for the All-Star teams were previously released before the star-studded group of reserves was made official.

The starting lineup for the game, which is determined by fan votes, has always sparked a lot of debate over whether certain players really deserve to be in the game.

NBA legend Charles Barkley led one of the loudest cries when he claimed New York Knicks point guard Jalen Brunson was snubbed for Milwaukee Bucks PG Damian Lillard.

However, after missing out on a starting spot, Brunson was one of several marquee players selected to the All-Star reserves, along with the likes of Stephen Curry, Anthony Davis, Devin Booker and more.

The reserves announced for the Eastern Conference were Brunson, Knicks power forward Julius Randle, Cleveland Cavaliers guard Donovan Mitchell, Boston Celtics forward Jaylen Brown, Miami Heat big man Bam Adebayo, Philadelphia 76ers point guard Tyrese Maxey and Orlando Magic forward Paolo Banchero.

Starters for the East previously announced were 76ers center Joel Embiid, Celtics forward Jayson Tatum, Indiana Pacers PG Tyrese Haliburton, Lillard and team captain Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Embiid was recently diagnosed with a meniscus injury, while Randle is said to have just begun rehabbing a dislocated shoulder and both may miss the game due to their injuries.

The reserves for the Western Conference were Curry, Davis, Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker, Minnesota Timberwolves forward Karl-Anthony Towns, Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards, Los Angeles Clippers forward Kawhi Leonard and Clippers forward Paul George.

Starters for the West included Oklahoma City Thunder Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic, Suns Kevin Durant and team captain LeBron James.
