Steph Claire Smith makes emotional post asking followers for help after struggling to stop her two-year-old son from screaming: ‘We don’t know what to do’

Steph Claire Smith shared an emotional post on social media on Wednesday, pleading with her followers to suggest strategies to calm her screaming toddler.

The fitness influencer, 29, posted a photo of herself on Instagram looking tired and exhausted and captioned it with some heartbreaking words.

“Our patience is really being tested right now and Josh and I would like to find a way to deal with Harvey’s screaming,” she began.

‘He has become so stubborn, he shouts when he wants something, it has become non-stop all day and tantrums over nothing.’

‘We just don’t know what to do anymore at this age. Please suggest books, podcasts or pages we can follow for more information,” she added.

Fortunately, Steph’s day later seemed to improve when she revealed that she went for a walk with her family and that ten minutes alone made her feel much better.

Steph and her husband Josh Miller welcomed their first child, baby Harvey, in May 2021.

The couple married in November 2019 in a festival-themed ceremony along the Murray River, exactly a year after they got engaged at the same location.

In September last year, Steph revealed she was tired of hearing the same question after the birth of her son Harvey.

The stunner said it “annoys” her when people ask when she’s going to have another child.

‘People ask all the time. People close to me, people not close to me, strangers,” she said during her podcast KICBUMP with co-host Laura Henshaw.

“They ask all the time. It’s something I’m excited about, whether it’s my second or my first (child), the demand just needs to stop.”

The podcaster went on to say, “Sometimes it’s not even, ‘Do you have a moment? It’s: “When do you have a moment?”

Now that she has a child, Steph says she “understands” why people stick with one child.

Despite growing up dreaming of having two or more children, she said the amount of work she puts into raising a child has given her a new perspective.
