Stepfather of Princess Tatiana of Greece and Denmark mysteriously goes missing in Malibu after disappearing in the middle of the night

A 53-year-old New York man with connections to European royalty has gone missing in the middle of the night in Malibu, California, as authorities are concerned about his sudden disappearance.
Attilio Brillembourg was last seen around 1am in the early hours of Saturday morning. He is said to have been wearing a blue shirt and gray pants, but no shoes.
The area where he disappeared is extremely rural, with steep slopes and no street lights at night.
Details about the circumstances of his disappearance have not been released.

Brillembourg is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, 165 pounds, with gray hair, green eyes and a tattoo on his thigh.

“There is concern for the welfare of Mr. Brillembourg,” the Sheriff’s Department said in its missing persons report.
Brillembourg is the stepfather of Princess Tatiana, a 43-year-old member of the Greek and Danish royal families, born in Venezuela.
The LASD says Brillembourg no longer has any ties to the family.

Princess Tatiana is married to Prince Nikolaos, the son of Constantine II, who was king of Greece until the monarchy was abolished in 1973.
The couple, who married in August 2010, announced their divorce last month, but Tatiana retained her royal title.
The wedding – which was described as ‘Mamma Mia, but with aristocrats’ – was attended by royals from around the world, including monarchies from the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Spain.
