Former Britain’s Got Talent contestant Michalakis ‘Lagi’ Andreas has welcomed his second child with wife Annika Crawford – 13 months after tying the knot.
The couple took to their Instagram accounts on Sunday to announce the news with a sweet black-and-white picture showing their hands next to those of their newborn and 19-month-old daughter Xenia.
They revealed they named their new daughter Demetria Demetriou – inspired by his father’s name Demetriou.
Demetrios and Demetria are the Latinized masculine and feminine forms of the ancient Greek name Demetrios AKA Demetris – meaning ‘dedicated to the goddess Demeter’.
Back in July, hairdresser Andreas, who rose to fame alongside his father Demetrios as British-Cypriot Stavros Flatley, confirmed they were expecting Demetria in posts on his Instagram and TikTok platforms.

Happy news: Back in July, hairdresser Andreas, who rose to fame alongside his father Demetrios as British-Cypriot dance actor Stavros Flatley, confirmed they were expecting Demetria in posts on his Instagram and TikTok platforms
Posting a video montage to her 27,000 followers, the former reality TV star shared footage from her stunning seaside wedding in September 2022, along with edited clips of the couple with Ksenia.
The video ended with Crawford revealing her bump while cradling her baby, confirming that baby number two is well on its way. Andreas captioned the post: “Looks like we’re going to do this all over again, I couldn’t do it with anyone better.”
Alongside father Demetrios, the 27-year-old shot to fame after reaching the final of Britain’s Got Talent in 2009, finishing fourth behind Julian Smith, Diversity and eventual winner Susan Boyle.
Known for their bleach blonde wigs, tattooed torsos and shirtless routines, the pair returned in 2019 for Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions, coming second.
Andreas later left the duo to focus on running his barber shop in Cyprus.

He told the publication: “We did it for 10 years as a joke. We’ve done so many amazing things, but what’s left to do? We did Royal Variety, we played in China, Monaco – everywhere.
“When we got to the Champions League, I thought it was the right time to leave. But Simon Cowell told me not to give up forever.’

Former Britain’s Got Talent star Andreas exchanged vows with Crawford in September, six months after the birth of their first child.
One picture taken by Nick and Amy Wilde in Bezik and shared by Andreas on Instagram shows the couple posing next to a beautiful Cypriot sunset after being pronounced husband and wife.
Another picture shows Lagi presenting his new wife with her bouquet as they prepared to exchange vows in a Greek Orthodox ceremony planned by Katie at Marry Me Cyprus.
Capturing the post, he wrote: ‘Thank you to everyone who made this night special… To all our bridesmaids and groomsmen and everyone else who did everything they could for us! We love you all. Mr and Mrs Demetriou.’
Andreas and Crawford dated for five years and announced their engagement on New Year’s Eve 2020.
In April 2022, he revealed the couple had welcomed their first child together, sharing a sweet black-and-white snap of himself and Anika holding their little one’s hand.
