The veteran TV presenter had a big smile on her face as she proudly showed off a Blues shirt on Instagram, cementing her NSW loyalty ahead of kick-off.
Sam’s blue eyes sparkled in the selfie, as she happily showed off her pearly whites.
The 47-year-old posted some words of encouragement alongside the adorable photo as her beloved team prepared to take on the mighty Queensland Maroons.
“Go Blues,” she wrote, along with three blue heart emojis.
“Postscript; yeah, no… maybe next game!” she added, alongside a face with tears of joy emoji.
This comes after Samantha updated her fans about her health following her hip surgery.

“We’re getting back into the swing of things,” the TV personality wrote in the caption of the photo.
Sam underwent the major surgery after suffering from a ‘severe’ form of osteoarthritis.
Earlier this month, she posted on Instagram to share photos of the surgery she underwent at St Vincent’s Private Hospital in Sydney.
Sam shared photos of herself on crutches, sharing details of her recovery and giving fans an insight into the invasive procedure.
In an extensive caption, Samantha explains that she suffers from osteoarthritis after torn cartilage in her right hip.

Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease in which the tissue in the joint breaks down over time. This condition is more common in older people.
The former Sunrise star explained that she underwent hip surgery to treat the condition and assured her fans that she is doing well during her recovery.
Recovery from hip replacement surgery can be slow and may require special physical therapy.
She wrote: ‘Hip, hip hooray. New hip, new me, no worries. A few weeks ago I had a total hip replacement.

‘After a very active childhood full of outdoor activities (and a skiing accident 30 years ago) I tore all the cartilage from my right hip.
“It was bone on bone and then filled with severe arthritis. I am so proud of how strong my body is and how well I have healed.
‘I am now truly bionic and my loved ones are happy that they no longer have to see me hobbling around in pain.
‘A huge thank you to the amazing nurses @stvincentshospitalsydney for the care, a bit of Endone (pic 5), lots of rehab and all my lovely friends for my flower filled room!
‘Fun fact: There are 54,000 hip replacements performed in Australia each year, but I have to say my surgeon, Dr Michael Solomon, is THE best.’
