Stassi Schroeder ‘really’ wants to try Ozempic after giving birth

While countless celebrities have denied using Ozempic for weight loss, Stassi Schroeder is open to trying the medication once she gives birth to her second child.

The diabetes drug has recently become a trendy method of shedding the pounds, with the likes of Shahs of Sunset star Golnesa ‘GG’ Gharachedaghi and Amy Schumer admitting to using it.

While using the medication for weight loss has sparked controversy and many have distanced itself from it, Stassi enthusiastically admitted she’d love to try it after she and husband Beau Clark welcomed their son.

Speak on the Call her daddy podcastthe Vanderpump Rules alum, 34, admitted, “Oh my God, I really want to try it when I give birth.”

“The number of times I’ve researched this is like, ‘I mean, I think it’s safe and healthy. I think it’s good for you. It’s like taking vitamins.’

‘I really want to try it when I give birth’: Stassi Schroeder admitted she’d love to try the controversial weight-loss drug Ozempic after giving birth to her second child

‘Stassi! I should put a disclaimer like, “Nothing medical has been said in this podcast, please don’t listen to this!” said host Alex Cooper.

“But come on, anyone who hears about Ozempic must be fucking curious,” Stassi added. “You’re lying if you tell me you haven’t thought about it, thought about jumping on that train.”

The duo then brought up Gwyneth Paltrow’s controversial bone broth confession earlier this year, with Stassi defending her for being “transparent” with fans.

“She tries to be transparent, which is what everyone asks of people,” Stassi said. “Please be honest and transparent.” Then you can’t get angry about what you hear when someone is transparent or honest! So I googled Ozempic and what it would be like and think about it – yes, I am! Because you just mentioned bone broth.

My first pregnancy, I ate bone broth for dinner for six damn months after I gave birth. And I don’t really feel like doing that again! I do not want!’

However, Stassi seemed reluctant to be open about using Ozempic on social media, should she go for it.

“I’d like to think I’d be someone to promote it and talk about it, because again, I like it when other people are transparent and honest, so I want to be that to other people.”

“But people are really hard on that sort of thing. Like, “Do I feel like going through all the hate I’m going to get if I’m honest about it?”

Stassi, who is the author of the bestsellers Next Level Basic and Off With My Head, also reflected on some regrets — including her decision to spend about $40,000 to make National OOTD Day a public holiday.

National OOTD (Outfit Of The Day) Day was first recognized on June 30, 2018, during which time Stassi took pride in turning her passion into a public holiday.

Now she recoils from the memory.

“What a waste of money,” she admitted.

‘It’s so embarrassing. I think it was about $40,000. I wouldn’t do it again. I would never just throw that money away to go on vacation.’

“I was just in business mode. My book is coming out, I’m putting money into my career. That’s how I felt,” said the former Bravolebrity.

“You’ve owned it for a year and I didn’t know that. So the next year came along and they said, “Okay, you have to pay for it again.”

“I’m like, ‘You’re crazy. This is a lifetime commitment that you think I’m going to spend every year?”‘

Stassi said she “deserved” all the hate that came her way during the move: “I don’t care if people come for me because I deserve to come for me.”
