Stalker: Legends of the Zone Trilogy coming to Nintendo Switch in November
Stalker: Legends of the Zone Trilogy will finally make its debut on the Nintendo Switch later this year.
GSC Game World announced during the Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase that the Legends of the Zone Trilogy, which includes all three games that are part of the original Stalker series, including Shadow of Chernobyl, Clear skyAnd Call of Pripyat coming to Nintendo Switch on November 14th.
These three versions are optimized for the Switch, supporting TV dock, handheld, and tabletop modes. They also feature gyroscope integration and touchscreen controls.
“These changes will ensure that the Chornobyl Anomalous Zone experience feels authentic to all players – both those looking to refresh their memories and new stalkers,” GSC Game World said.
The Stalker: Legends of the Zone Trilogy was first announced and released earlier this year for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, and also for Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PlayStation 5 via backwards compatibility.
Previously, the three classic Stalker games were only available for the PC and were also ‘refined’ for a console.
GSC Game World is also about to appear Stalker 2: Heart of Chernobyl on November 20 for Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PC, and on day one for Xbox Game Pass.
The new game was scheduled for release on September 5th, but was delayed by two months. The studio did this so that the studio could fix some bugs. Stalker 2 was also delayed in January from its original Q1 2024 release date for similar reasons.
