Stacey Solomon was back in reality after going on holiday with husband Joe Swash and five kids earlier this month.

The family had enjoyed a holiday to Abu Dhabi two months after the Loose Women presenter, 33, and Joe, 41, welcomed their third child together, Belle.

Stacey was still tanned as she headed for a walk in Essex with her two daughters, Belle and Rose, who turned 16 months on Tuesday.

The X Factor star certainly had her hands full with a double buggy as she strolled around the park to give her daughters plenty of time to sleep.

Stacey looked casual in an all black ensemble and opted for comfort on her feet with trainers.

She layered a quilted gilet over her hoodie to keep warm in the cool April weather.

Stacey showed off her natural beauty as she went makeup free for the outing and sported her strawberry blonde locks.

Belle looked adorable in a bear babygrow as Stacey lifted her out of the car seat and into the stroller.

The countryside walk comes after Stacey and the family fly back to the UK after their Easter break.

The star admitted on Instagram that she feels uncomfortable posting about her “super expensive” vacation, as some of her fans struggle with the cost of living crisis.

During a Stories Q&A on Sunday, one fan wrote, “No question, but I love seeing all the content.”

Posting a picture of herself on the beach with her youngest daughter Belle, two months, she replied, “I worry so much about sharing sometimes because I know it’s really not fun for a lot of people and holidays are super expensive and a lot of people can’t go.

So I would never want to make anyone feel worthless. But all your sweet messages just made me so happy and so glad I shared it all with you.”

Stacey was in tears on Saturday as she shared a montage of candid holiday clips.

The former X Factor star explained that the images were particularly meaningful as they were all shot by her father.

In addition to Belle and Rose, Stacey shares Rex, three, with husband Joe and is also mom to Zach, 15, and Leighton, nine, from previous relationships.

Alongside her video upload, Stacey wrote, “I’m crying. So it turns out my dad still videos me like I do my babies.

“I hardly ever get videos like that from me. It’s usually pictures I force Joe to take so they know I was really there.

My camera roll usually looks like I just came in with a selfie or in the mirror video… I can’t tell you how emotional I feel right now.

“One day in years to come the pickles will have these to look at and remember the special times we had

“I don’t care about the angles, my hair, my face, my body, or the fact that half the time I usually smear everyone.

“I’m just so thankful to have these…forever and ever Dad…What an adventure we’ll cherish forever.”
