Stacey Solomon showed off her incredible figure in a black swimsuit on Instagram on Thursday, while giving followers an insight into how she washes her hair.

The TV personality, 33, looked amazing in the scoop-neck bathing suit as she posed for a mirror video, letting her long wet blonde locks fall down her bust.

The beauty revealed that she is ‘getting ready to go away for work for a few days’ to film her hit BBC One series Sort Your Life Out.

Stacey gushed how amazing her locks smelled after using a new disintegrating shampoo sheet from REHAB and showed her off 5.7 million followers on social media how it works in the shower.

She said, “I was skeptical that that little sheet would do my huge mop, but it did. My hair smells great.

‘The packaging of the products I used dissolve in the sink, how nice is that! That changes the whole shampoo game.

“At least I have clean hair now, it was the perfect excuse to wash my hair, it smells like jasmine.” I’m going to let this dry and put my heatless curling iron in because I’m not using a hair dryer with this heat.’

Stacey later showed off her long locks wrapped around her heatless curling iron when she went to pick up her kids from school.

She joked that her oldest son Zach, 15, will be less than impressed and probably “won’t talk to her for a week” when she comes to pick him up in front of his friends wearing the silk headpiece.

Stacey added, ‘I’m just on my way to do the school run. Looks like a real judge from 1820. I’m not wasting this again. This is blow-drying nature.

“I mean, my 15-year-old son isn’t going to talk to me for a good week, but what can you do. You win some you lose some. Beauty is pain.’

The former X Factor star is mum to Zach and Leighton, 11, from previous relationships and shares Rex, four, Rose, one and three-month-old Belle with husband Joe Swash.

She is also a stepmother to Joe’s son Harry, 15, from a previous relationship.

Later in the day, Stacey removed her curling iron to show off her amazing wavy locks as she dressed in a floral dress for dinner.

She wrote, “Taking Zachary to dinner tonight. He starts his mocks on Mondays and I’m gone filming almost all week so we say “well done and we love you” early on because however they do it for him.

“We honestly don’t care because we know he will try his best and do what he can. And we are proud’.

It comes after Stacey received praise from her fans earlier this week when she shared some stunning bikini photos on Instagram of her enjoying a day at the pool with the family.

She took full advantage of the sunny weather by bringing her husband Joe and their three youngest children to play in their pool.

She slipped into a stylish white two-piece suit that showed off her gorgeous figure just four months after giving birth as she worked on her golden tan.

Her blonde locks were smoothed with water and she chose to go makeup free, bringing out her natural beauty.

Stacey shared an adorable photo of her sitting in the shallow end of the pool with her youngest, Belle, who is four months old.

Another showed her rocking her other daughter Rose, 19 months, as they took a mirror selfie together, while a third showed Rose looking cool in yellow flower-shaped sunglasses.

A third photo showed how the presenter playfully splashed her three-year-old son Rex while she was lying on her stomach.

Captioning the happy photos, she wrote about her gratitude for the luxuries she had in life and her deep-seated imposter syndrome.

Stacey wrote, “Sunny Sundays. Just because I was so thankful to be home in the sun with Joe & the pickles today.

“I always feel so grateful… I will never take for granted how lucky we are. My full imposter syndrome will always keep me in check.

“I always force my friends, family, and really just the local village, just in case Ashton Kutcher pops out of a bush one day and tells us we’ve all been Punk’d and it’s not really our pool. Happy Sunday everyone’.
