The Loose Women star, 33, shared the clip of Rex playing with his sister, whose name he has yet to reveal, as she lay in her crib.
Stacey has son Rex, two, and daughter Rose, 15 months, with husband Joe, 41, and children Zach, 13, and Leighton, nine, from previous relationships.
She wrote: ‘Rex is in love. He loves to look at her and touch her nose. Rose is also obsessed. I’ll go through all my videos and do some montages. I just can’t describe these feelings, our hearts are so full.

Stacey then went on to talk about group feeding her newborn, which means nursing more often, or sometimes constantly, for a period of time.
She said: ‘The group feedings have come to an end and she is settled. I’m ready for night shots! Ice water and chocolate are helping me.
‘For anyone else who’s about to go to bed knowing they’ll be up in 2 hours, you’ve got this mom. You’re doing amazing, keep going. Much love from me and this little pickle.
In another short clip, she and Joe could be seen weighing the latest edition for the family.
Stacey opened up about breastfeeding, saying she forgot how difficult the process could be and became an “emotional wreck” as a result.
