Stacey Solomon has returned to Loose Women for the first time since the birth of her ‘surprise’ daughter Belle.
The presenter, 34, welcomed her fifth child in February and made her last appearance on the show in December 2022.
Joining panellists Kaye Adams, Katie Piper and Judi Love, Stacey shared that she had ‘missed so much’ during her time away from the show, adding that being with her co-stars and friends was ‘like therapy’.
She said: ‘I’m so happy to be here, I feel like I’ve missed so much. It was so crazy, Belle was a wonderful surprise, but I had to film my filming schedule in a very short period of time.”
‘And now I can be with my real friends again, to catch up, it’s like having therapy here.’

Stacey also revealed that following Belle’s arrival she has become a sports convert, getting up at 6am for a workout at home.
She told the panel: ‘I went to the dark side, I said I would never do it. I never thought that sports would be something for me.’
“But since I’ve been picking out people’s houses, Joe brings it to our house.
“And he picked me up and said ‘oh is that a treadmill?’ I’ll buy it from you.”
“Two years have passed, but he never used it. collecting cobwebs, so I thought I’d use it, but give it to someone who deserves it. But I really enjoy it.’
Stacey recalled a toe curling mistake during one of her fleeting trips to the gym, adding, “I was on the treadmill and my leggings got snagged and it was still walking and my leggings got snagged and I was wearing a thong and my full ass was out!’
When discussing her relationship with husband Joe Swash, she said, “Me and Joe’s relationship is so competitive that I love it.”
As Judi asked, “How?” she replied, “Oh, I don’t know, who wipes their ass better? Everything! I love it, it makes it better

Christmas Spirit! “This put me in such a Christmas spirit and so excited for Christmas,” she said
I enjoy it and we’re sold on this “jealousy is bad” thing, but it depends who you are. But if Joe gets jealous of who I’m talking to, I love that.”

‘I actually love him. We named him Neil. It is made from three buckets, some gutters and some pipe insulation. And it was SUPER easy.”
‘Every time I see a giant nutcracker I feel like it weighs hundreds of pounds or looks so complicated to make, so I hope this inspires anyone who wants to make one to grab a bucket and to go for it.
‘I have to figure out a way to weigh it down so it can go outside for the display at the front door this year. All ideas are welcome. But this got me in such a Christmas spirit and SO excited to get to the Christmas door.”
