In April, the star explained on Instagram that she had “burned” her stomach while baking bread at her home, Pickle Cottage in Essex.

The Loose Women star asked her followers for ‘help’ as she showed off the large burn on her stomach while wearing purple gym clothes.

Stacey showed her fans in a bikini that the scar still hasn’t gone away.

She said, ‘Look at my scar from where I took the casserole dish out. It’s not going anywhere.’

She joked and clenched her stomach as she teased, “But when I do this, it looks like I have a six-pack. You have to make the best of every situation.”

The star also posed beautifully in a funky zebra print swimsuit, telling her fans: ‘I love it. I know it’s not really my style but I wanted something different, something new.

‘Leopards are ready, where are the zebras? Here they are, covering my important pieces!

“You know when you’re like, am I having a midlife crisis or is this cool? I think it’s cool.”

In April, Stacey appealed to her followers after she burned herself. She said: “I need your help and guidance. I burned myself this morning. Actually, I was baking bread – who do I think I am? – and I had just been to the gym.

‘I came back home, was baking bread, put it in the oven and went to take it out. I pulled it too far and while I was wearing my workout clothes, it went straight into my stomach.’

She continued, “So I don’t know if anyone else’s brain is like that — it never registers a burn the way it registers other pain. So it went to my stomach and I was like, ‘Is that hot? Does that have to be hot? Does that have to hurt? Ouch.'”

“I didn’t immediately think ‘ouch,’ like I had a whole thought process before I heard ‘ouch,’ and I pushed it away.”

Stacey, mother of five, said after the accident she “quickly put something cool on her skin and applied some burn cream” before bandaging her.

She said, ‘I literally just opened it up and I was like, “ah, what have I done?” So if you have any good tips on what to do on burns so that they don’t scar in the future or how to reduce scarring and how to reduce the itch, that would be really helpful.

‘It’s right on the damn crease of my stomach and every time I bend over I’m like, “Ooh.”‘

The DIYer later shared a photo of the burn on her stomach, writing: “Here it is. Honestly I’m so clumsy.”

Next to the visible spot on her skin, she wrote: ‘The dots of the grid.’

Stacey added: ‘Please send any little healing remedies you know. Hopefully it will calm down in the future and look like extra abs.’
