Inside MAFS star Stacey Hampton’s incredibly lavish life after she loses case against Australian Federal Police over search warrants linked to her X-rated adult content

Stacey Hampton appears to still be living in luxury after losing her case against the Australian Federal Police following a raid on her Adelaide home accusations are not indicate the income she has received from her work on OnlyFans.

The former reality TV star argued that the raid was “invalid” because the allegation of misconduct was not adequately specified.

Last month Stacey lost her battle with the AFP and now faces a huge legal bill.

But the adult star doesn’t seem to be short on cash.

Rebel bike boss Shane Smith’s ex Stacey regularly gives her fans an insight into her ultra-luxurious lifestyle on her social media pages.

The law and nursing graduate also makes money through OnlyFans, an adult subscription service, where people can pay $9.99 a month to sign up for her exclusive content.

Hailing from Adelaide, Stacey has proven to be quite the jetsetter as she regularly travels around the world visiting some very luxurious hotels.

She once stayed at the high-end Atlantis The Royal hotel in Dubai, which can cost around $1,570 per night during peak season.

Following her recent court appearance, Stacey enjoyed a trip to Tokyo to celebrate her 31st birthday, stopping off in Singapore on her way to the Japanese capital.

She also regularly shares photos of lavish cars on her Instagram and shows off her luxurious wardrobe, including Fendi boots and Chanel handbags.

Stacey also gives fans an insight into her family life with her sons Kosta and Kruz, who she shares with her ex Mr Smith, who died in a motorcycle accident in Adelaide in September 2022.

She often shares adorable photos of herself spending time and doting with her two sons, documenting her daily life on Instagram.

Last October, she shared a video of her two young sons gifting her an expensive pink Chanel designer handbag for her 30th birthday.

Stacey was in a relationship with Rebels boss Mr Smith from the age of 19 until their divorce in July 2017, just years before his tragic death in September 2022.

She is known to be staying at the high-end Atlantis The Royal hotel in Dubai, which estimates estimate could cost around $1,570 per night during peak season.

Last month she lost her case against the AFP after an early morning raid on her home on the charge she may not have stated income she received from her work for OnlyFans.

However, she argued that the search warrant was “invalid” and constituted an “abuse of power” because it did not adequately specify the allegation of misconduct underlying it.

She faced the Federal Court in Adelaide but was told she had lost her battle with the AFP and Services Australia and had to pay their legal costs. The Daily Telegraph reported.

She is now facing a huge legal bill of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

“Today was not the outcome I expected, but I will always stand up for what is right,” she said at the time.

“Ultimately this was to show the little guy that you have a voice, use it, be proud and believe in yourself.

‘Unfortunately this is how the system works, but never give up hope, let your light continue to shine. Fight for what you believe in, the truth.

‘This was a proud moment for me. I have grown enormously over the past twelve months and have come out stronger and wiser.’

The Federal Court heard in August that Stacey may have failed to declare her actual income for an 18-month period and Services Australia was concerned she may have wrongly received health benefits.

But Stacey, who appeared in court representing herself in a civil judicial review application, said the search warrant was “invalid” and an “abuse of power” because it did not adequately specify the allegation of misconduct underlying it.

“It (the order) is too broad,” she said. ‘There are too many types of income.’

Stacey also objected to an interview with a Services Australia officer that took place during the search, telling the court this would not have happened without an invalid warrant.

“They had to exercise it through the channel of search warrants,” she said. ‘It wasn’t delivered by hand to the door.

“They used the search warrant to conduct that interview.”

Judge Stephen McDonald said the case would hinge on whether the “face of the arrest warrants” met the legal standard outlined by the Supreme Court.

Paul d’Assumpcao, counsel for the AFP and Services Australia, argued the terms of the order were “well within the threshold of what is acceptable to the courts”.

He disputed her characterization, saying the warrant allegation was not sufficient and said the warrant provided more information than required by the Criminal Code.

He also argued that the courts had recognized the need to provide investigative bodies such as the AFP “sufficient flexibility” in how they investigate alleged criminal offences.

“There has to be a balance at some point,” he said.

“At what level do we cross the line and say (the information on a warrant) is good enough?”

Judge McDonald said an arrest warrant did not have to provide the specificity of an indictment and that the complexity of the case arose from “how to draw the line” in what was required for an arrest warrant.

Stacey has not been accused of any crimes and there is no allegation of any wrongdoing on her part.

Judge McDonald said he would ‘reserve his decision’ and issue it at a later date.

Speaking to NewsWire earlier this year, Stacey said she would seek damages against the government if she won her case.

“I was not arrested and nothing came of it,” she said.

Stacey also shares two sons Kosta and Kruz, with her ex Rebels cycling boss Shane Smith, who died in a motorcycle accident in Adelaide in September 2022.

‘But for me it’s about the principle, the fact that they came to my house at six in the morning for no reason, as a licensed lawyer, with my two children who had lost their father, and traumatized us.

‘What has that done to my mental health, the health of my children, and also to my work, being able to work?’

Stacey is best known for her role in the seventh series of Married At First Sight in 2020, where she was paired with Michael Goonan, but they split in the season finale after they were both accused of cheating.

In addition to her work as a nurse, Stacey has also built a career as a content creator and has more than 205,000 Instagram followers.
