A suburban horror house where a woman beheaded her mother is up for rent for $530 a week.
The three-bedroom, one-bathroom house in St Clair, western Sydney, has been put up for rent.
The property has been repainted, but updating may not be enough for most people given the home’s dark history.

Camilleri, 29, used at least six knives to kill her mother, 57, with four of the knives broken in the attack.
Rita’s head was found on the footpath outside the house and the rest of her body lay on the kitchen floor, along with her eyeballs, tongue and tip of her nose.
Daily Mail Australia revealed that the grisly crime scene sold for $680,000 in June 2020 after an advertisement described it as ‘truly fantastic’.
“This home is inviting from the start as you walk through the house and you understand what quality really means,” the description read.
The house was up for rent shortly thereafter with an almost identical ad boasting renovations, “spacious” bedrooms and “spacious” living space.
The listing alluded to the home’s dark history, saying that upon viewing, the real estate agent would reveal a “material fact” about the home.
The latest ad contains the same disclosure.

When selling or renting a home in NSW where a crime has been committed, estate agents are required by law to be forthright with potential tenants.
“Any information that could influence a decision to buy, sell, rent or affect the market value of a property must be disclosed to prospective buyers,” the Real Estate Institute of NSW told us. Yahoo.
“Whether it’s a view of a cemetery, a bad report, or even the scene of a heinous crime, most properties end up being sold.”
Camilleri, 27, was sentenced to up to 21 years in prison for beheading her mother.
The courts had heard four previous assault charges against Camilleri between December 2013 and February 2018 under provisions of the Mental Health Act, which diverted her from the justice system.

Justice Helen Wilson said she had never been convicted of a crime before killing her mother.
The judge revealed that Camilleri’s mother had taken her to a police station just a day before the murder, after the anguished young woman, then 25, called a random stranger 30 times in the “very early hours” of July 19, 2019.
The obsessive horror movie — who had autism, intellectual disability, and an “explosive” personality disorder — only ended her phone bombing after telling the man that “she hoped he got cancer and died.”
Justice Wilson also revealed that there had been a series of incidents where she called random people and threatened to cut off their heads.
A man sometimes gets more than 100 calls “a day” from Camilleri “in the 12 months before Anzac Day 2019,” the verdict said.
She was found not guilty of murder by a jury, but was found guilty of manslaughter after two forensic psychiatrists revealed at trial that she suffered from a substantial mental disability.
In September 2022, Camilleri appealed the length of the sentence to the Court of Criminal Appeal.
The court has yet to rule.
