The silly creature was stunned by the number of feeders placed around a garden in Oban, Scotland, so clipped to a metal nut atop a post, seemingly trying to unscrew it from a bolt.
Wildlife photographer Les Hazelgrave said: ‘It looked so funny when the squirrel tried in vain to turn it.’
