Natalie Mariduena, brand president for YouTuber David Dobrik, detailed her spectacular weight loss journey that saw her lose 30 pounds in just six months.
The 26-year-old first gained fame through her work as an assistant to the YouTube star, but made headlines after being featured in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, where her figure was praised for being real and attainable.
Since then, the Los Angeles-based content creator decided to fully commit to her health, and the results are in sight.
Natalie has now unveiled her new look after going through a six-month weight loss and training program that helped her lose weight and lose 12 percent of her body fat.

The former athlete said she started the weight loss program to make health and fitness her “number one priority.”
The Los Angeles-based content creator said she had decided to fully commit to her health, and the results are in sight.
The content creator, who has 3.4 million followers on Instagram and also goes through natalia noelHe had previously played soccer from the age of four through college, but said that after graduation, he lost his strength and fitness.
“I used to be a soccer player, I was super fit, I worked out all the time,” she said.
‘When I first moved to [Los Angeles] I was still working out about three or four times a week and then gradually you would just get out of that pattern.
In an interview with Peoplethe model noted that while she still worked out from time to time, she hadn’t committed to doing so. thus began the weight loss program to make health and exercise his ‘number one priority’.
In a YouTube video, she noted that her goal was to get back to the point where she felt “more comfortable and in better shape.”
Natalie trained under the instruction of her childhood friend Ilya Fedorovich, owner of the fitness and supplement company, Xeela.
She told People that after she returned from filming a show for the Discovery channel where she “enjoyed” lots of different foods, Ilya offered to get her in the “best shape” of her life.
In the video posted to the fitness company’s YouTube channel, Natalie showed herself going through the six-month program, detailing the difficulties she faced along the way.
One of the most important factors in losing weight was changing your diet.
Natalie described herself as a ‘self-proclaimed pasta queen’, but she knew it wasn’t the healthiest choice.
She told the publication that while she was still enjoying her favorite foods, she worked to find a balance.

Natalie explained that she felt like she was finally ready to ‘commit’ and wanted to start the journey herself.

During the week, Natalie kept up and made sure to eat healthy while keeping up with her exercise routine, but allowed herself to enjoy the weekends.
He noted that “it’s all about moderation.”
And the weight loss opened up fitness goals Natalie hadn’t even dreamed of before.
Natalie, who admitted at first that she “could barely run”, ended up attempting to run a 6:30 mile.
Starting at 8:30, the model never thought she could do better on the runway.
But, motivated to reduce her time, she began training her body with “lots of sprints and practice” to prepare.
This included various cardio exercises, including running and boxing, as well as using weights and getting back into soccer, all of which helped her tone up.
Natalie eventually clocked up a 6:39 mile. And though she was disappointed at first, she then reminded herself that she was closer to her goal of 6:30 than she ever imagined.

Now, the model maintains her figure by exercising three times a week, and incorporating both cardio and weights.
Speaking about her weight loss transformation, Natalie, who had been a body-positive role model to many, said she understands that some fans may criticize her decision to lose weight.
She explained that she “loved her body before,” but was motivated to join the show because she “wanted to be physically superior.”
The model understands that her brand revolves around body normalcy and body positivity and that you don’t have to be skinny to be happy, but she wanted fans to understand that she joined the show to “function better.”
Now, Natalie maintains her figure by working out three times a week and incorporating cardio and weight training.
She explained that since she doesn’t love going to the gym, she often opts for more “fun” activities like “hot yoga or pilates.”
