The publication shared that 40-year-old brunette bombshell Melissa Wood-Tepperberg is its new Rookie for the 2023 editionwhich hits newsstands in May.
“Screaming, crying, chills everywhere,” the renowned New York native wellness expert wrote on Instagram after the news broke that she was selected.

Melissa is the second newcomer to be announced, following WAGS star Nicole Williams English, who welcomes baby girl India Moon with husband Larry English this week.
Melissa focuses on wellness and health.
She is the founder of MWH and host of the Move With Heart podcast, she is a meditation teacher, certified yoga and pilates instructor, certified health coach.
She has developed a “community that she has cultivated through her unique approach to fitness and mindfulness over the years,” a press release noted.
