81-year-old Martha Stewart flaunted her gorgeous figure on the cover of 2023 issue of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit — making her the oldest woman to ever appear on the cover of the magazine.
The publication this morning revealed the four cover stars, including Martha, along with Megan Fox, Kim Petras, and Brooks Nader.
The businesswoman – who called posing for the magazine “historic” at her age – showed off her amazing physique during the shoot by donning 10 different bathing suits that showed off her body in full.
One shot featured her in a red bathing suit with a plunging neckline, while another had the 81-year-old smiling at the camera in a white bathing suit and an orange scarf.

While reflecting on the experience, Martha explained that she “doesn’t think much about age,” but admitted that being a part of the magazine at age 81 was definitely important to her.
“When I heard I was going to be on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit I was like, ‘Oh, that’s pretty good, I’m going to be the oldest person I’ve ever seen on a Sports Illustrated cover,'” she said.
“And I don’t think much about age, but I thought this is kind of historical.”
“Age is not the determining factor in terms of friendship or in terms of success, but what people do, how people think, how people act, that’s what matters and not your age,” she added.
Martha also spoke about the Today show cover shoot this morning, explaining that while it was a “challenge” for her, she felt like she was “up to the challenge.”
“For me, it’s proof of living well,” she continued. “I think we should all think about living well, living successfully, not about getting older. The whole aging thing is so boring.’

Martha also praised the work she put in to make sure she looked her best in the months leading up to the shoot.
“I didn’t starve myself, but I haven’t eaten bread or pasta for a few months. I went to Pilates every other day,” she explained.

“I lead a clean life anyway. Good food, good exercise, healthy skin care and all that stuff, but it was kind of fun.”

She added that she hoped people would feel “inspired” by seeing her on the cover.
