A spiritualist who was clinically dead for three days claims she received a shocking message from angels ‘in heaven’ after attempting suicide.
Julie Poole, 61, from Cornwall, discussed her experiences during a 30-minute interview on the podcast Life after life.
According to Julia, she was told by higher powers that it was not “her time” to die and that good times would soon come.
The self-proclaimed Spiritual and Personal Empowerment Coach, Psychic, Channeller, Energy Healer, Hypnotherapist, Teacher and Author of the Law of Attraction, said she found herself in a “spiritual realm” when she received the message.
The spiritualist described experiencing “physical, mental, sexual and emotional abuse” as a child, which led her to overdose on painkillers at the age of 21. After the overdose, she said she was clinically ‘dead’ for three days. – and then she received a message so powerful that it set her on her path to the spiritual world.

Believing that she was in limbo for the three days, Julie says that she was greeted there by angels, who took her to the higher realm and told her that it was not yet her time to officially die.
‘I suddenly saw my guides and my angels around me and then they lifted me up and took me to the Higher Realms. I remember saying, ‘I’m going home’ and they said, ‘No, it’s not, it’s not your time’.”
They also told her, “We warned you it would be too hard and overwhelming, and now here you are at 21 trying to deal with it.”
Julie described how angels told her that she had suffered for three lifetimes.
Furthermore, she said that angels promised that a new ‘Golden Age’ would begin for humanity between 2012 and 2032.
Julie said the angels said to her, “What we mean by the Golden Age is that for millennia there has been an enormous amount of power, abuse and control… all of that has been in the hands of a few and has controlled the masses.
“This Golden Age will bring equality across the board, so that what is false and phony, untrue and corrupt, will fall away.”
The energy healer took the message to heart, urging podcast hosts that a “day of reckoning” would soon come despite ongoing global atrocities.

As part of her spiritual work, Julie (pictured) engages in a range of practices including tarot reading, energy attunement, hypnotherapy and reiki teaching.
In 2023, Julie (pictured) published her book From Hoping to Have Affirmations, a manual on how to use the Law of Attraction, and with tips for ‘manifesting’ one’s ‘best life’.
She continued, explaining to the hosts that a day of “Armageddon” would soon arrive when “evil world leaders” would lose their power.
“They get caught and thrown out, and instead people with pure hearts and pure intentions come in.”
Julie believes that part of her spiritual reckoning is a result of the suffering she endured during her younger years, namely from her father who she claimed “groomed her.”
After support from the church and other spiritual paths, she said ‘the only part of’ [her] the life that was meaningful was [her] spiritual connections’.
Many who listened to the podcast resonated with Julie’s powerful words with one lyric: “My story is very similar to yours. I have been able to Astral project since as young as I can remember. My first experience with what I call “The Resting Place for Those Who Die” was when I was 5 years old. I have also seen the light of Jesus, and he does not look like what we imagine him to be.”
Others said Julie’s “compassion” and “love” resonated with their own experiences of child abuse and trauma.
Last year, Julie published her book From Hoping to Have Affirmations, a guide to using the Law of Attraction. It also includes tips on how to “manifest” your “best life.”
She has published five other books, including three fiction, and a spiritual romantic comedy novel.

Experiencing clinical death, that is, when a person’s heart stops beating, is known to cause some people to have so-called deathbed visions.
Many others who have described experiencing near-death visions in the moments of death before resuscitation have spoken of seeing a “light” or having encounters in the realm of the spiritual.
