Spider-Man star Tom Holland’s two year renovation of his £2.5M West London home revealed

The extensive two-year renovations underway at Tom Holland’s £2.5m West London home have been revealed in new exclusive photographs.

The Spider-Man star bought the sprawling property in 2018 before beginning a redevelopment in 2020, after it was the subject of a total of six planning requests.

The 26-year-old actor apparently wanted to alter much of the structure and add additional accommodation before moving into the home.

The seven-figure renovations, funded by the estimated £15 million he earned from his six Marvel movies, have sparked speculation that the actor’s American girlfriend, Zendaya, is moving to the UK.

The couple may have already returned home, having been spotted out on several London outings over the past few weeks.

The impressive three-story home boasts period features including a bay window and arched porch, as well as new sash windows.

Images suggest the property has been repaired and re-roofed with slate tiles, offering a polished finish on the revised deck.

Foliage growing over the driveway has also been removed, making the property look much neater.

The old wooden doors have also been replaced with an electric alternative.

Planning sketches reveal a conservatory that has been added to the rear of the house so that Tom and Zendaya can fully enjoy the garden views.

Until now, Tom has been living with his father, the comedian Dominic, and his mother, the photographer Nicola, and the new property is close to his parents.

Tom and Zendaya have been seen on several occasions during their walks through the leafy side of the Capital.

They were seen enjoying a walk with Tom’s parents and also picking up supplies at a nearby Waitrose.

They were also seen hanging out with one of Tom’s friends in Richmond Park.

Another sign that Tom is ready to move on is that he was seen leaving some of his belongings at a charity shop after having fixed them up.

The Mail on Sunday previously revealed how the star bought the six-bedroom property in 2018, but wanted it completely redone before moving in.

They said that once completed it will house a cinema, sauna and games room in the new rear extension. Permission was also granted for a larger basement and a timber clad garden room overlooking the gardens.

Commenting on rumors that the couple may soon pick out furniture together, a source said: “Tom has spent quite some time making this house his perfect home and Zendaya has been visiting him in London so let’s see.”

“They are the hot young couple in Hollywood and they don’t want to be apart.”

News broke recently that Tom and Zendaya’s romance almost didn’t happen after a Spider-Man producer urged them not to date.

Producer Amy Pascal reportedly advised them to keep their relationship platonic when they were first cast in Spider-Man, according to The New York Times.

“I took Tom and Zendaya aside, separately, when we first cast them and gave them a lecture,” Pascal said. Don’t go there, just don’t. Try not.’

‘I gave the same advice to Andrew [Garfield] and emma [Stone]’, revealed the producer. ‘It can complicate things, you know? And they all ignored me.

Garfield and Stone met on the set of the 2012 movie The Amazing Spider-Man.

Rumors surfaced that the two were dating in 2011 and they stayed together for a few years before apparently breaking up in 2015.
