Spencer Matthews has revealed that he regrets the famous scene where he and Louise Thompson ended up in Made In Chelsea, saying: “I feel ashamed about it.”

During the podcast chat, Spencer opened up about Made In Chelsea and opened up about her decision to leave the show after five years.
He said: ‘MIC at that time was a lot of fun, it was original, it was interesting to do it at that age. But you grow and evolve like any job and it can stop being a good match, people change and move on.
‘I loved MIC at first. You’d sit in a scene and you didn’t really know what was going to happen.
“But then my character changed very clearly and that’s when I got tired. Nobody lives dramatic lives the way we were told to portray drama. I like to avoid drama! I do not want it
“I look black and I became very produced, the result is written in the scene before you even walk into it, so I thought what was the point.”

Spencer left the show in 2015 after securing a spot on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.
