Spanish model who ‘bit off her boyfriend’s TONGUE’ when he broke up with her and she asked for ‘one last kiss’ is arrested after going on the run in Thailand
- Adaia Lopez faces up to six years in prison
A model who bit off her boyfriend’s tongue after he ended their relationship and she asked for a “last kiss” has been arrested after going on the run.
Adaia Lopez was rumored to have flown to Thailand after disappearing following her horror attack on her boyfriend in June 2016.
But the 26-year-old beauty was behind bars last night after being tracked down at a squat in the Costa Brava resort of Sant Antoni de Calonge, north of Barcelona.
Police arrested her after an anonymous tip.
Lopez, who left her victim with speech and taste problems, is expected to be arrested after she appears in court and could begin a six-year prison sentence for her violent revenge.

The Spaniard, described as an aspiring model on an agency website where she shows off her tattooed body in lingerie as she rolls around on a bed, went on the run last year.
She was ordered to pay £50,000 compensation and given 15 days to serve prison time after being convicted of assaulting her partner, 22 years her senior and identified only by his first name Aaron, following a lengthy legal process.
She made herself a fugitive by ignoring the court’s order and not showing up at the prison gate before her 15 days had expired.
Adaia, who met her ex on the internet, defended herself at her trial, claiming she had acted in self-defence after becoming a victim of domestic abuse, including an attempted drowning.
However, she was found guilty of using her teeth as ‘pliers’ to rip out part of Aaron’s tongue, then spitting it out on the floor after begging him for a ‘last kiss’ when he tried to break off their relationship.
Esteve has denied the events and instead reported her former lover for domestic violence. She will be taken to prison after appearing in court so she can begin a six-year sentence for her violent revenge.

He needed professional help to correct his speech problems and is said to have lost his sense of taste and the ability to distinguish salty from sweet foods.
The tongue attack took place on June 26, 2016 at a house the former couple shared in Vilanova i Geltru, near Barcelona. Aaron was 40 at the time and his then girlfriend was only 18.
The damage he suffered is described as ‘irreparable’.
The victim’s lawyer, Pepe Rey, claimed last year, after Adaia lost her appeal against her conviction and sentence while out on bail, that social media photos showed her on holiday in Thailand.
He added: “Here we have a lady who has committed a serious crime, left someone without a tongue and right now she is not where she should be, which is in the hands of justice, despite the fact that there is a prison sentence hanging over her head.’
