Southwind High School in Memphis on lockdown after threats someone planned to ‘shoot up’ building

Several schools in Memphis have been closed after a high school was threatened, according to government officials.

According to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office, someone contacted Southwind High School and threatened to shoot, ABC24 reported.

Social media users are sharing images of what they call the threats being made on social media.

Craigmont High School is one of the schools that has been closed.
