A passenger on a commercial airliner was shot screaming into the air and cursing at the parents of a child who wouldn’t stop crying.

The epic tantrum — caused by the grown man, not the toddler — sent other passengers into hysterics as he screamed, claiming the baby cried nonstop for 45 minutes before the Southwest Airlines plane landed in Orlando, Florida.

The ordeal unfolded when the flight was forced to hold on around the area outside of Palm Beach due to a bad weather front.

Clearly frustrated by the crying child, the man began his raucous tirade about how he had paid for a ticket for a comfortable flight, but those plans were derailed by the baby’s screams.

The video, which has already been viewed 167,000 times, was uploaded to TikTok yesterday, on the day the airline grounded its entire nationwide fleet, delaying 2,000 trips.

The irate passenger was later seen at the airport being led away by police after refusing to get off the plane following him.

During a foul rant directed at the screaming child’s parents and the flight attendants, the rowdy passenger said, “There’s a kid crying on the flight, non-f***ing-stop.

The Southwest employee tried to calm the situation and told him, “Okay, because you’re yelling…”

But he was quickly cut off when the man yelled back, “The baby too!”

When the air steward tried to counter with the argument that it was different because he was an adult, the screaming customer yelled, “Did that bastard pay extra to yell?”

“F**k you and shut up.”

When the member of staff asked him to lower his voice, he yelled back, “Can you lower THAT voice?” referring to the crying of the child.

While the woman sitting next to him quickly tried to calm him down, the angry passenger was heard to say, “I don’t care.

“F**k, lower that baby’s voice. I’m triggered, fuck that baby.’

Multiple airline employees also tried to speak to the screaming passenger to no avail. In the video, he said he slept with his headphones in, but was still disturbed by the child.

Throughout the clip, the child’s wailing could be heard in the background.

After the air steward apparently tried to rebuke him for his expletives, the man added, “I know a lawyer like you, Mother, I have rights.”

“If I hadn’t said anything, we’d be stuck with a crying child for 45 minutes on this flight.”

The saga didn’t end there with witnesses saying the rowdy passenger refused to get off the plane in Orlando, forcing the entire flight to be evicted.

The passenger was later seen in the terminal surrounded by authorities – including police officers – pleading his case, claiming his actions were justified because he should not have been disturbed.

He was then escorted through the airport by police officers.

Orlando police declined to comment and it is unclear if the airline will be charged or will take action.

Southwest Airlines said in a statement: “We have no details about this flight to share, but commend our flight crew for their professionalism and apologize to the other passengers on board.”

The ordeal sent social media users into hysterics — with a comment, “Did we try to wrap this guy up? He needs some calming techniques.’

A second person added, “Tough situation all around but that guy is so hilarious. Like every line was a masterpiece.’

Another said, “You know…as someone who doesn’t have kids…I get it,” while a fourth added, “I feel his pain.”

A fifth said: ‘I understand his frustration, but um, it’s a child. He made it worse. When he said the baby had to pay extra, I screamed.’

Other people were more sympathetic to the child’s mother, writing, “I just know the mother is traumatized about flying again.”

Another social media user said, “Everyone on the plane thought it, but he was the one who said it and he said it badly.”

The incident comes days after Toronto Blue Jays star Anthony Bass sparked the fiery debate over airplane etiquette after tweeting about his recent flight story.

The 35-year-old, who is from Michigan but plays for Canada’s MLB team, posted a Twitter photo on Sunday of his two toddler daughters playing on electronic devices with popcorn strewn on the floor during a flight.

In the accompanying caption, the sportsman – whose husband was traveling alone – explained that the flight attendant had “forced” his wife to clean up their children’s leftovers during the trip, expressing his outrage at the situation.

“The flight attendant @united just got my 22 weeks pregnant wife traveling with a five year old and a two year old on her hands and knees to clean up my youngest daughter’s popcorn mess,” he tweeted before adding, “Are you ahead of me?” fool?!?!’

As Bass expressed his outrage at the situation, many Twitter users called him out saying it’s every parent’s responsibility to clean up the floor, not the cabin crew.

The 22-year-old woman took to the Reddit discussion forum and said she reserved a window seat for her nine-hour international flight.

Once she got on the plane and made it to the right aisle, she saw that there was a young child in her space and her father was in the middle seat.

The man stared at her and said “she’s a child” before pointing to the aisle seat, suggesting that the young woman should sit there, but she insisted on taking her pre-booked spot, which the little girl burst into tears.

Commentators broadly supported the young woman, who herself was upset about leaving her family behind.

She also wants airlines to be forced to refund overweight passengers for any extra seats they have to buy at the time of booking to accommodate their size.

“As great travelers, my partner and I have unfortunately experienced discrimination and inconvenience while flying,” she wrote in her petition, signed by about 6,800 people Wednesday morning.

She added: “All plus size passengers should be given an additional complimentary seat, or even two or three seats depending on their size, to meet their needs and ensure their comfort during the flight.”

Chaney admits that ticket prices would have to rise if she had her way, admitting that non-overweight passengers could face higher ticket prices to cover improvements.
