Southport, Gold Coast: Body is found at Kennards Self Storage

A body has been found in a warehouse, prompting a police investigation.
The unidentified body was discovered at a Kennards Self Storage warehouse on the Olympic Circuit in Southport on Queensland’s Gold Coast on Tuesday morning.
A Queensland Police spokesperson said officers were called to the facility at around 4.15am following reports of a sudden death at the address.
It is understood that police are not treating the death as suspicious.
Officers were seen taking photos of the warehouse and reviewing CCTV footage.

Customers have been informed that the storage facility is currently closed. Police use police tape to close off the driveway.
