Southern Charm star Taylor Ann Green pays tribute to brother Worth

Taylor Ann Green has paid a final and heartfelt tribute to her brother.

The 28-year-old Southern Charm star, whose big brother Worth was buried on Saturday, shared some family photos in an emotional post on Instagram on Tuesday.

Worth, whose full name was Richard Worthington Green, died suddenly on June 8, less than a week after celebrating his 36th birthday. No cause of death has been disclosed.

“Not enough words can sum up who Worth was and the impact he left behind,” the grieving sister began.

“June 8, 2023 The Lord has called you home,” she wrote alongside the portrait of herself, Worth and their sister, Catie King.

It was Catie who announced Worth’s passing on June 12.

Another sweet photo was one of Worth and Taylor in coordinated white and navy blue outfits, sitting on a dock and looking out over the ocean.

She also shared a video of Worth participating in one of his favorite activities, playing golf.

The reality star went on to list the many qualities she, her family, and Worth’s friends loved about him.

“We’re going to miss your craziness, your bear hugs, and that contagious laugh. I will always admire the steadfast love you had for your family, friends (too many to count), your girlfriend and Jesus Christ,” said the devout Christian.

“You really did your best and we so look forward to seeing you again one day ♥️.”

She ended the tribute on a lighter note, one that her brother would have appreciated.

Cuddles: “We’re going to miss your craziness, your bear cuddles and that contagious laugh,” the grieving sister wrote when sharing this childhood photo

Memorial: Taylor shared a photo from the program of her brother’s funeral, which took place on Saturday, writing: “You really went crazy and we so look forward to seeing you again someday♥️”

Legacy: Taylor shared that Worth and their father would be working with nonprofit organization Terra Firma Floors, which replaces dirt floors with cement for families in Latin America, and asked for donations to the group in lieu of flowers

Taylor then announced that Worth and their father had been working with a group called Terra Firma before his death [Floors]and asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his honor at Terrafirmafloors.com.

The non-profit organization provides floors for families in Latin America, replacing dirty floors with concrete.

According to the organization, ‘Living on unpaved floors contributes to health problems in children. Parasites and bacteria invade the bodies of many young people, hindering both physical and mental development.’

Taylor completed her photo carousel with a photo from her brother’s funeral program.

Taylor’s ex-boyfriend and castmate Shep Rose shared a condolence with a quote from Jack Kerouac.

Southern Charm personality Naomie Olindo shared, “I am so deeply sorry Taylor. That pain is like no other. Love you very much ❤️’

Vanderpump Rules cast member Ariana Madix also reached out, writing, “Sending you so much love ❤️.”
