Sophie Turner’s fans delight as she goes Instagram official with ‘hot’ aristocrat boyfriend Peregrine Pearson just days after divorce with Joe Jonas: ‘A new king has landed’

Sophie Turner has delighted her fans by going official on Instagram with her ‘handsome’ boyfriend Peregrine Pearson, just days after her divorce from ex-husband Joe Jonas was final.

The 28-year-old Game of Thrones star, who is often seen out and about with the property developer, confirmed their relationship on her social media page, including him in a recent collection of snaps from the summer.

The actress posted a simple caption for the photos on Monday, sharing two photos of Peregrine, 29, relaxing in one shot.

The couple first confirmed their relationship in December last year, after Sophie and Joe filed for divorce in September.

The mother of two, who shares Willa (3) and Delphine (1) with her ex-husband Joe (35), has since made several public appearances with Peregrine, but this is the first time he’s appeared on her Instagram page.

And fans were thrilled with the official launch, joking: ‘Improved, I see’.

Others wrote: ‘I think I can speak for all of us when I say I am so happy that you are free to be whoever you want to be and that you are happy. We all support you and are inspired by your strength.’

“For me, it’s a balance… being an actress, being a mother who has to maintain her children’s privacy, and being able to let loose every once in a while, like a twenty-something should. I love seeing that.”

Others teased: ‘She’s finally in love, and with a man her size too’; ‘Let’s f*****g go, the new King of the North just dropped in’.

This comes after Sophie and Joe recently reached a divorce settlement, according to legal documents obtained by DailyMail.com, which has since been signed by a Miami-Dade County judge.

The terms are confidential, but it was previously reported that Sophie and Joe had attempted to reach an agreement through mediation regarding custody of the children and division of assets.

Judge Gina Beovides approved the agreement Friday, declaring that their nearly five-year marriage was “irretrievably broken.”

Sophie and Peregrine were last seen together in July, when the star presented awards at the Cowdray Park Gold Cup in Midhurst.

Peregrine’s family owns the estate– which has ten fields and organizes more than 450 matches annually.

The prestigious club annually hosts the Gold Cup, in which both Prince William and Prince Harry have played.

The couple were also pictured together heading home after a night out, after Taylor Swift visited the English capital for the first sold-out shows at Wembley in June.

In addition to attending Paris Fashion Week together in March, they also went on a skiing holiday together in December, which confirmed their love once again.

Peregrine is the eldest son and heir of Michael Pearson, 4th Viscount Cowdray, a former film producer who owns a significant portion of the Pearson media empire.

Sophie is said to be worth a whopping £10million, but this pales in comparison to Peregrine’s family fortune, which is reported to be in excess of £224million.

He has a £5million home in Chelsea, while his father owns a sprawling 22-bedroom country house in West Sussex with 16,500 acres of land.

Last September, after months of rumors of separation, Joe filed for divorce from Sophie. Their fight over custody and money made headlines around the world.

In March, Sophie asked to ‘resume’ the divorce proceedings, which had been suspended while the couple went to mediation.

But when the two failed to reach an agreement, Sophie asked a judge to end the marriage and determine who would get custody of their daughters through a court-ordered settlement.

The couple went to mediation to keep their marital problems partly private, but that will now change as their documents detailing their disputes are made public.

Joe and Sophie had major disagreements about where their daughters would live permanently.

While the actress wanted to take them to her native United Kingdom, Joe wanted to keep them in the United States.

The couple had a prenuptial agreement, so ownership was probably not an issue, but they were still unable to reach an agreement on custody.

At one point, things got so bad that Sophie filed a child abduction complaint against Joe, but in January she asked the judge to dismiss the complaint.

Sophie claimed at the time that the former Disney Channel host violated international law by refusing to allow the children to travel to her.

In October 2023, Joe and Sophie settled a temporary custody arrangement after the Game of Thrones actress sued him over his attempts to prevent her from taking their children out of the US for an allegedly pre-planned trip to the UK.

DailyMail.com previously obtained court documents showing that the custody arrangement gives both parents two weeks to spend with their daughters until January 2024, during which time the girls will also be allowed to travel between the US and the UK.

They were also able to travel anywhere in the US and UK, meaning Sophie could take the girls to England, which she had previously said would become their “forever home”.

While Jonas took the girls on tour with his band The Jonas Brothers, Turner was able to spend Christmas with them in the UK with her family.
