Just days earlier, Joe wrapped up a series of sold-out shows with the Jonas Brothers at the Marquis Theater in Times Square.
The band is made up of Joe and his two brothers Nick, 30, and Kevin, 35.
Sophie and Joe began dating in 2016 and tied the knot three years later during a forced wedding in Las Vegas.
