The 27-year-old English actress recently asked a judge overseeing her divorce to dismiss the claim. TMZ reported.
The exes were previously embroiled in a major row over where their children would live in the future, after Sophie claimed Joe stopped them from traveling to Britain with her.
The singer of the Jonas brothers seems to be on the same page, and his lawyers are said to have joined the motion.
